Hey, I have peacefully plea for the international community! Do not nuke Finland!

Why finnland sucks and no one is sure it exists, there are rumers there is a sea there.

@Hannu why have you written one line only?, and why would Russia or any other country nuke Finland, when everyone knows that’s Finland is a peaceful country?. Furthermore is this thread in response to Trump’s statement where he had had inquired was Finland part of Russia?, if yes then please be more specific so all can give their opinions below.

Why woul Russia nuke Finnland? I don't think either one of you two is interested in a new winter war. Or am I missing something?

It's been a while since I was in Helsinki, but a lot of things I saw where actually from Russia. Pretty sure you are a decent trading partner for Russia with a healthy tourism industry, why bother changing that?

Maybe he is joking. No one here in Finland actually thinks that they would bomb us. I mean why would they? They probably want to try invade us at some point after they make up some reason, but not bombing wouldn't just make any sense, russians are buying cabins from here and like to shop in here.

Not sure on exactly why OP wrote this, going to assume it has something to do with Trump allegedly asking his aides if Finland was apart of Russia -- this has led to people mocking him for doing so. All of these allegations / claims are from John Boltons newest book, which is set to be released soon (pending Justice Department trying to stop it)

But if that's not what you're talking about --> No one is going to nuke anyone. All that would cause is nuclear warfare to end this whole nice world thing we have going on.

In my opinion, Russia has never had any disagreements or claims against Finland. I live in Russia and I am sure that your fear is based on delusions. The Russians are good guys and they never attacked anyone first, but only defended themselves. It's not in our interest.

Heh, wouldn't go that far in regards to Russia and Finland never having any issues. They share a border so there's going to be some international tensions that showcases itself as some point.

Aren't you not funny yourself? As always, there is no evidence of Russian or Chinese espionage. Anyone can write an article on Wikipedia. Such articles are written to intimidate citizens and under this pretext to get funds for the state defense of the country (in fact, for officials to live better than anyone else). To be able to control people, they must have fear of the enemy from the outside.

Besides, that country gave us the world's most used kernel of an operating system, and Nokia among other things.

The world wouldn't be the same without Finland, and they have one of the best education systems in the world, puts in shame most other countries.

I'm sorry, but I don't feel any aggression towards you. I was just expressing my opinion. Living in Russia, I understand that citizens of many countries see Russia as an aggressor, but it is not so.

Russians are actually quite friendly people.

Finland must be getting ready to Nuke everyone else, why else would they ask not to be nuked, but to be the last one standing? I say we nuke them first. Mutually Assured Destruction is a good doctrine.
