As far as I see this, You are planning to build a software for trading. I mean you should indicate also how you can assure that you will paying back investors and when you plan to do it. You should have a time frame for your product development and also finishing the project whitepaper will give us a brighter picture about the product you want us to invest in. I recommend that you should create utility token for your project so that you can launch ICO(Initial coin offering) so that you will follow the right way to do crowd funding.
