Title: The bitcoin options trading site. (don't bother!) Post by: El Cabron on November 22, 2011, 02:14:52 PM This website was advertised here and I thought I would try it out. I asked around about this guy and someone told me he had been listed as a scammer and had a bad reputation. Anyway I tried a few coins.
This is what I just got back while trying to deal with this guy "Well the way it's currently going I am guessing it will be resolved with one unhappy but stubborn customer." I followed the instructions on the site but it was rejected because he claimed I needed to send more coins. He then after getting the coins said I did not follow the rules exactly. However I did all that he asked. He will now not buy the puts I had ordered and will not refund the money. He also refused to sell me the puts at the first price. I don't know if this is a scam or just a really poor way to try to run a business. Either way, I would not risk more than a few coins on this guy. (I know there needs to be evidence when making a claim and will be happy to send transactions and what not if asked by the mods/admins.) Edit: I want to add the address so people will find this in a search. I searched for information about this site before and found little. http://polimedia.us/bitcoin/options.php Title: Re: The bitcoin options trading site. (don't bother!) Post by: ovidiusoft on November 22, 2011, 02:58:53 PM I am familiar with the name, he is pretty active on the romanian blogosphere and on social networks. Also has some online projects. I don't think he's a scammer (or he's really bad since he left so much personal info about him), but Google said there are mixed opinions about his way of dealing with people (read: he pissed off and insulted a lot of people). I didn't know him personally so I do not have a personal opinion on him.

I hope you'll solve any issues you have, good luck! |
