A lot of people want to get onto the housing market but can't yet afford it, so they are going into REIT. I have seen a few crypto projects around that have tokenized property and I think for some it is going well. I see tokenization in almost anything that can be transferred or traded, any consumable, asset or commodity. It is happening now on a daily basis and is only set to grow over the next five to ten years quite heavily.
