Please be alerted for big SCAM, it made exchange and robbed over 2 million dollars from investors.

I also wrote this letter to MSB (organization of USA)...really need suggestion from experienced persons.

I am agent of Thai investors who have invested in https://www.bb.exchange/.....its registration number in MSB is "31000168221844" (BB Exchange and Service). A lot of Thai investors have sent crypto currency over 2 Million dollars into the web. But now, it has stopped service and does not let any investors to withdraw the funds. I write this letter to ask for your suggestion, how can we know group of person?  Is it possible that US gov can help us?
Please advise the step to do, it is a big SCAM. It has robbed investors in many countries including Thailand, by reference to MSB registration it said it is legit and be under law of USA, so many investors fallen into its trap.

Please kindly help by suggestion, many investors are killing themselves. They lost all of their assets in family.

I tried many times to delete another post, the system said

I'm noticing that you're accusing BB.Exchange with a false scam attemp. The platform is working as i can see it up online and running. Can you please explain further more what happened and why you're in fear? Could you please check your balance and inform us about it? I don't want to have an account in a scammy exchange so please make it clear for us and in case they are legit you have to mention that here. Any body else using this platform and could notify us about what's happening?

We recently used this site it seems to be working but since Christmas until now there is no response from customer service at all and we can’t withdraw our USDT. The website is BBEXPRO.XYZ now.

Visited this exchange and it doesn't seem like the original website. Where did you get the information about this exchange? Because such exchanges promote using other mediums including Telegram. How many times have you used this exchange? Or did you share this information without using it?

Because I didn't find any information about this exchange before and after visiting the website I didn't find any reliable information, even their social media links are not added to this website.

Honestly not sure how BBEXPRO.XYZ is related to BB exchange which has been defunct for a while now from what I can see -- you may wanna expand why thought they were related.

In any case, I don't trust BBEXPRO.XYZ one bit lol. I could tell at a glance it's one of those cookie cutter shady exchanges, I swear, I've seen a similar design before lol. You also have the usual lies like being world class and having 200 billion trading volume despite being obscure AF -- did someone PMed you this? I hope you did not send a huge amount of money to them.

How do you people even find those unkniown exchanges when there are so many legit ones? Can't you at least check CMC/Coingecko before you send your money there?

I mean, an exchange being listed on Coingecko or CMC is not sign of legitimacy/trustworthiness, but not being listed there at all (like the one you mentioned) is a major red flag as all legit exchanges will aim to be listed there in order to bring them extra exposure. Anyway, consider your money lost and if someone contacts you claiming that he can get your money out for a fee, its yet another scam.

Unfortunately, you fell for the scam and there isn't much we can do to help you recover that lost money. Next time, please ask for opinions before you waste your money and time to scams.
