I do not know about that, it is surprising that you can not buy bitcoin from Japan on binance, but you can try other exchanges which you can use to buy bitcoin directly from Japan, you can use localbitcoin, or coinmama for the purchase. You can read more about this on https://www.buybitcoinworldwide.com/japan/.

You can also use bitfinex but they have low reputation after it was hacked in 2016, 120,000 btc was stolen from the exchange.

There are only three website's i know that lets you buy Bitcoin and supports credit card, debit card, bank transfer that is:

LocalBitcoins (also supports paypal)
Bittrex

These are two great options and are surely reputable sites, too.

You might also want to browse over 200 exchangers at https://www.bestchange.com/ to look for the best price deals. Buying with credit card is accepted there. The site is offering a long list of available exchangers with the best rate at the top.

There are many major exchanges like Binance and I think Kraken too that accept credit cards nowadays. But pay attention that the fees are about 5% of your transaction. If you are not in a hurry I'd say that buying by wire transfer is cheaper.

OP,have you used google?Just google "buy Bitcoin with credit card" and you can get some answers.
I doubt that the forum members can suggest websites that are different from the google search results that you will get.
By the way,do you wanna buy BTC with a CC and without ID verification?This is impossible.No crypto company or crypto trader will sell you BTC for credit card money without ID verification,because credit card transactions can get reversed.

With all of those suggestions, how about checking in to bitflyer[1]? Read the conditions and they have dedicated service for Japan. Although they suggest a debit card(J-Debit) but I see that in other regions they support credit card payment. Try them if they fit your needs.

Japan have local board, you can ask them about how to buy bitcoin and will find some people know about that.
If you do not find it, try to buy using Wester Union or any payment method available in several countries.
it may be better to transfer it to your bank account and use Paxful to make the buying and selling.

It's no use, the board consists of posts that are mostly marketing. It's an active board because there are posts coming in but having conversation there, I don't think that he can get some help there from native japanese or someone who's living on that country.

Better to look for the other options that suits him.

I found these https://coincheck.com/ and https://bitflyer.com/ja-jp/ as reputable exchanges there. You may be able to analyze them and try them by transferring your fund's fiat bank or even the credit card.

If you re looking for global exchange, I think that Coinmama is the most reputable global exchange that also available in Japan. This is also available for buying with a credit card. However, commonly they need the KYC process in order to ensure your identity and real human.
