Please edit your post with correct scam report format (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0). Otherwise it's quite complicated to understand your report. On the other hand your provided link for image isn't clickable and seems forum removed some suspicious links. So I don't bother to edit and click your link. Please use any trusted source to upload your image and post here like imgur (http://www.imgur.com). Who know if your link is included with virus? Also please add as much as prove in detail. For your information, scams aren't moderate by forum, so you can't expect ban for them. Scammers are handling with trust system.

If you want the public to be warned against and verify this accusation of yours, try to edit the op with more details the image URL you posted is redact by the forum so it detected as a kind of suspicious/malware, try to use Imgur or imgbb uploading your picture and post direct url of the image.

Scam is not moderated in the forum and therefore, don't expect scammers be banned. Please update the OP with details as requested so that we know who the scammer is and tag their profile.

I don't know actually why you are not following the proper scam report format. Its gonna be much better for us if you edit your topic with all the evidences that you got in your hand. Sorry to say that your current topic is incomplete and hard to get what actually happened with you.
