Title: Re: [WARNING] Kawanggawa Plagiarized Whitepaper Post by: Fire Rabbit on July 10, 2020, 09:53:14 AM I cant understand why these guys are copying the whitepaper from other projects. If they put some time into it , its very easy to write the whitepaper .
Title: Re: [WARNING] Kawanggawa Plagiarized Whitepaper Post by: $crypto$ on July 10, 2020, 10:49:09 AM Kawanggawa in Filipino the Philippine local dialect means charity, so we can say that the developers of this project comes from the Philippines I'm sure because of this they are not going to make an announcement here or if they do, they will need to answer this accusations before they launch a bounty campaign. Well I briefly heard that Kawanggawa is a language from the Philippines but I'm not sure their developers are from the Philippines after I saw that they are from Indonesia after seeing the profile of Linkedin.https://i.gyazo.com/811a5b59ba90a189bccec6c52ab75239.png https://i.gyazo.com/0732088cf0b83496723e528d0a67c7bf.png https://asyharihidayat.com/ is a personal blog from Asyhari as CTO I cant understand why these guys are copying the whitepaper from other projects. If they put some time into it , its very easy to write the whitepaper . That is a fraud project there is no purpose for their project so copying whitepaper from another project, then the project that actually has a good idea will be written on white paper.Title: Re: [WARNING] Kawanggawa Plagiarized Whitepaper Post by: cheezcarls on July 10, 2020, 11:26:36 AM What happened; Kawanggawa Plagiarized Whitepaper Website; https://kawanggawa.network/ Archvied; http://archive.is/4ScLp ANN; Not posted Quote NameNameCheap, Inc. I just don’t understand why these people behind the project are so lazy by just copying content elsewhere. They are just ruining the image of cryptocurrencies in the country by just plagiarizing other’s content. Even if it’s for “charity” purposes, plagiarism is still plagiarism. And also the ones behind are actually Indonesians and they are using this “Filipino” term only for others to think that Filipinos are behind this? P.S. To the OP, if you don’t mind, can you share what plagiarism tool other than Copyscape are you using to check for whitepapers and other PDFs that are more than 5 MB in size? I believe I could help identify other projects that are plagiarizing content. Thanks in advance. Title: Re: [WARNING] Kawanggawa Plagiarized Whitepaper Post by: stompix on July 10, 2020, 12:09:42 PM Interesting, the CEO has had a previous project in the same field of "Human Resource Development", called Fivebalance, and although he is very proud of it, as anyone can guess is pretty much dead:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5033585.0 And it seems like indeed the first project was the target at Indonesians, hope they didn't invest that much in it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5065367.0 Funny thing is that the whole website is basically a revamp of the old one, his profile picture is: kawanggawa.network/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/ibunk.jpg Why would a brand new website have an upload folder named 2017? ;D ;D Title: Re: [WARNING] Kawanggawa Plagiarized Whitepaper Post by: pilosopotasyo on July 11, 2020, 02:22:11 AM Something unusual here the word charity in Indonesia is amal and yet they are using the word kawanggawa which is a Filipino word for Charity if this is Indonesia based why would they used a word coming from other country, investors might think when they searched that it's coming from the Philippines, when based in the researched it's not.
