Title: [WTS] Save my 0.5BTC Casascius Graded MS-67 (Sold)
Post by: Coin_trader on July 09, 2020, 12:11:39 PM
Please save my 0.5BTC casascius coin. I'm planning to peel it on July 20, 2020 if there is no buyer. I will need the funds for my wedding expenses. This pandemic really hit hard my financial status since my current job is still not operating same as my personal business establishment.

I bought this cas coin last year for 0.6BTC and I never thought that the value will depreciate over time. Its hard for me to peel/sell the coin but I really need money since I can't move the wedding schedule anymore or else my partner will leave me (kiddding ;D).

I will copy the previous seller format of selling which you can see here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5175059.msg52147295#msg52147295

My starting price was 0.56BTC so no offer below this amount. You can PM or post below your offer. I will post below the screenshot of PM but I will censored(yeah censored just like what you see on JAV) the name for privacy. I will choose the rightful buyer at July 20, 2020 18:00 Philippines time

Here is the actual pic:

Escrow will be paid by the buyer.
Shipping fee will be paid 50/50 (I will pay 50% of it since it will be expensive-approx. 40$)
Item will be shipped from Philippines.

Reserved for highest offer.

EDIT:

Still no offer above or equal to the minimum bid of 0.56BTC. Last 7 days for the count down and I hope someone will save this beauty from my wicked hands.  :D

The good news is I have some good offer on my 1BTC Cas coin which I sell privately. I might locked this thread once the negotiation went well. Thank you to all encouraging post below. I love you guys!  :-*

If the alternative is to peel it, I'd suggest starting it at face value BTC + liquid forks value which is basically just BCH (trading at 0.025 BTC). So probably "intrinsic" value is .515 rounded up for other less valuable forks. To retrieve the forks takes time and you'll pay exchange fees so the realizable fork value may even be lower if there is little demand.

This is probably down to people doing fast sales? Although the forked coins have been falling too, I bought one for 0.065 and I'm pretty sure, at the time the value of everything was around 0.6 or likely to reach it when bch was fairly high...

Yo op, you might want to put the title as anacs accredited ms67... (at the end just to make it more attractive).

Thank you and sorry for the late reply. I really appreciate this suggestion and already reflected on the title of the thread.

Thank you. I hope that I could really hit that price. Honestly, those recent sell-off of low grade 0.5 brass coin affects the appraisal value of all 0.5 brass class coin. I believe that grade of the brass Cas coin don't matter anymore on the price on this current situation.

Still no offer that equal or greater the starting price.  :-\

EDIT:

Where is the item located?

Sorry I didn't notice your inquiry. Item will be shipped from Philippines. I already done some shipping from here to US and EU without issue. I'm always using express shipping for safety of the item.
