Title: Re: Account Deletion Process ?
Post by: bL4nkcode on July 15, 2020, 12:46:13 AM
Is there someone I can contact about having my account and all posts removed from this site ?
No one, even theymos or mods. Not unless you did something that it needs to nuke your account.

I do not see a way of doing this myself, beyond manually deleting and confirming each message I have posted.
Yes, that's the only way to get rid of them.

If you could highlight us with the reasons behind the action, it would be more fair and could generate better ways around for you.

I'm trying to reach Theymos via PM, to no avail yet.

How long ago did you contact him? Might wanna give him a few days.

Even if he does that, keep in mind that quotes of your posts would probably still remain, as well as all sorts of archives.

Do you have discord account?

You can join here Bitcointalk Party - Discord server (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5247383) and asked Cyrus to attend to your request since he is also an administrator. I bet his active there. Maybe theymos is busy.

Other option:
Request for change name to theymos to alter the username. Also regarding your posts deletion, why not hired someone to delete it for you manually. Post it here Services (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0) maybe some will be interested. Just a suggestion might work for you.

For 4500  post well, good luck for manually deleting it , I don't see any issue of deleting the post you already made here, just leave the forum for good and don't visit this site again. you don't need to delete all of it, as if you are using your real name in the forum and you don't want other people know that you are once member of bitcointalk .

And for manually deleting post you can't also delete a post made on the locked  thread  so even you do it manually There are still posts left that you can not delete .
