World power has been a dynamic most developed country strive to become, we have heard of times the Romans, the Greeks and even the Germans have been world powers, and they influenced the world with their domination. Now the USA is said to be the world power. From all indication, there might be a new world power in the near future.
What criteria will bring a new country to world power. Through Cryptocurrencies, solutions to Pandemics in health, philanthropy?. Please share your opinions. Thank you.

It will be the country that will solve the pandemic and will provide the vaccine to the world. A country that will govern cryptocurrencies? these two things are hard to define.

Categorizing their powers through cryptos and the solution to the pandemic, it's not balanced I think.

I've read that Israel will be having its last clinical trial on July 27 so maybe it will be them if it's for the pandemic.

China is the strong contender to become the most powerful nation but still USA is far ahead of them in terms of GDP and military power.You can see any news media to find what is going on between USA and China in the South China sea.

The US is controlled by the Anglophone empire ( as is most of the western world), and there is no indication that this will change. The CV pandemic is being milked to increase their control and wealth. It would also seem that they are working to suck China into their control. The Huawei 5G charade is obviously designed to bring 5G technology, and the associated spying and public monitoring, under the control of the Five Eyes alliance.

Are you saying cryptocurrencies cannot be used as a yardstick to determine world power? My reason for including crypto is because of the domination of the us dollars, and i think cryptocurrencies is one of the surest way of displacing that.

russia should not be overlooked also , considering their recent contribution to the pandemic. And you can agree that their military power is a contender.

You believe their a correlation between the 5g tech and the pandemic? I don't believe that one bit.

For any country to become the next world power, there must be a real purpose or goal behind such ideas for any country of ever hoping to reach and/or achieve such global status.

And I totally agree that both China and Russia are the top contenders indeed. It's simply just a matter of interest and reason for them to actually push themselves past the USA for such global status in the future.

It really depends on the timeline for the next super power to emerge. At the moment it's USA and I don't see that changing in the near future. But looking at the next 100 years I think we will see countries like China and India being among the top countries. The demographic trends will likely continue resulting in lower population number is almost all of the western countries. Japan for example is expected to lose half its population in the next 60-80 years.

China will be and is in the stage!
But USA will keep leading the economic and technology for many years since it's horrible how many basic scientific theory are from there!

Chinese citizens are very obedient to their government, the communist doctrine is very strong there, unlike other democracies. At present only China is an opportunity to continue to compete with the United States.

So we can say the first country to adopt digital money or crypto will be the world power. China is doing well in that regard.

I guess China will be the next world power because they have resources and the ability to have that power. Besides that, we see that the China company spreads worldwide, and it is still increasing day by day. Although they get Covid-19, that doesn't stop them from surviving and rising again after Covid-19. China can be a competitor for the USA because both country are still trying to conquer the global market.

Canada is in an excellent place right now.   Our northern waters contain the largest untapped supply of oil, and are a new shipping route for ships too large for the Panama canal.   We are also globally respected.  The only danger I see is if the US loses control and it spills over into our mature country.  :(

I think China will become our new overlords. Russia is strong, USA is... weird, EU doesn't do much of anything except last time they helped kick Gaddafi, and sometimes annoy in the middle east (NATO, that is).

Ideally fiat coin will lose power from Bitcoin, so the future overlords won't be able to play with people's wealth anymore.

Afaik Chinese companies are working from their country itself, only company from all over the world having their main plants in China due to cheap expenses compared to their native cost to produce the same products, but what if countries decided to stop working on other countries China will be losing their huge part of income.

I think China is the next world Power.

No Doubt it is china,they have been dominating the world now and in the next 5-10 years we will see the progress of their actions.

Hope this will not come to war for them to prove being the super power country.

Yes China is on the path of dominating the whole world, and they really dominating in manufacturing products but other than that they are still far behind other developed nation and their huge population is a reason why they have low GDP growth.While US is trying to bully China for their actions and they never want to let any other country to be a super power so they started to support many countries which are opposing China right now.

I think Isreal is becoming the next world power both in armament, economy and agriculture. The whole world should watch out for Isreal in the next 5 yrs and see what will happen. I am convinced.

I only thing China, Russia, or the EU (if it officially merged into a whole country) are the only possible replacements to the US, and it would take decades for this to happen.


Israel is quite a small country to be a world power. They are rising as a world financial & tech hub, though.

Imagine those Israeli founders behind the popularity of Facebook and Waze, and yet there are those people that want to boycott their services.

US are really trying this to prevent from happening,But we already knew what china's capability.

and remember that big manufacturer are transferring  their business in china for so many good reason but the main is the low labor fee.

Germany, us and China are both ahead in terms of crypto use but China is way ahead in terms of epidemic effects China could become the most important powerful country in the world. Us is way ahead, but its economy is way before other countries as China has been replaced because of the king of the planet economy China is additionally large in terms of population because the government system is extremely strong.

And they have invested together with India to protect their systems to avoid covid19 cyber-attacks. They are not forgetting how powerful the internet and data to be protected.

There can be only one Super Power in this world.

At the moment China has been flexing its muscles but China cannot survive without the US and Europe. Their economy depends on them. The present situation is making it harder for China to do business with these nations. China needs market to sell its product and without the market there is no money for expansion.

In Asia and Middle east it is Israel that has been dominating the policy with its own terms. It has the support of Russia, India and the US. But, it has more enemies than friends.

In my opinion one of them can become the next superpower within the next decade or so.

Isreal? I think Russia and the UAE have a higher chance than Israel in the next few years

at the moment u.s.a is the biggest world power but in the future I think it will be reached and perhaps surpassed by china at least for what concerns industry and technology

1) All history (Romans, Greeks, Germans) is falsification. The winners write history. All of us (ordinary people) are the losers of this war. I tell you as a person who has studied the real history of the world and different peoples a lot. I will not tell the real history now, because it is not so easy and it takes a lot of time to tell all this. But I can say one thing - you can't even imagine how different everything really is (this can be compared to the matrix movie), and there is evidence of this, they are everywhere.

2) Ask yourself what kind of world do you want to see? What kind of world do you want to leave for your children and grandchildren? I think that every sane person strives for peace and harmony. Now look at what is being imposed from the outside. Wars, soulless politics and economics, capitalism (making as much money as possible), etc. Do we need all this? I think that we all want there to be only friends around, so that we ourselves treat other people as brothers and sisters.

In short, my answer is  -  everything is ruled by ignorance in the minds of people now, when people are trying to seize as much power as possible and earn as much money as possible. This is all a materialistic approach to life. Now think about it, do we all want this? For example, I want everyone to feel good, I do not want any power over anyone, I choose to live according to my conscience and do good deeds.

And the sooner people "wake up", the faster the vector of society will move towards good. Therefore, we ourselves can make the main foundations of the whole society (no matter which countries, since we are all people and we are all one) - conscience, justice, peace, harmony, Love and all the best. And it is in our hands, every small step we take is important, which brings us closer to this.

I have a purpose to make money so much what i can because everything costs money. Gasoline is the most expensive in Finland, i don't have money for it, dream for car. The food is expensive, satan poor. Capitalism is from arse in Finland, no money.

As far as I know many companies are trying to move their manufacturing plants to other countries due to the world's politics and company which supports China may get sanctions on other countries so they are trying to work from other places.

But thats not what happening mate,because even some company from US are coming to china since the competition is very tight now so they need to cut expenses to manage the competition.

though yeah there is a chance that some company will move out from china because of the trade war from US.

The concept of a dominant country depends on several factors.  The most important of these factors are oil, oil, energy, economy, and in addition to that population. The more a country has an economy, the more powerful it will be.

This is not true.
There were countries with huge population and oil that are not powerful as other countries invaded them.
Afghanistan and Iraq are some examples.
I believe that the factor to be superior is the continent that this country exists.

I do not believe in any country being world power and it should not be like that. Yes we can compare them according to their economies and gdp growth etc so in regard obviously China seems way ahead of all others at the moment.

I guess blockchain and cryptocurrency do great job to put away this world power from one thing and give it to everyone in small pieces.
You would be right if you say that there will be world power anyway, just less powerful.
My guess is - the next world power will be (and already is) IT companies like google, apple, microsoft and etc

The US military is listed because the most powerful within the world Russia China and India are very on the brink of it Us is extremely strong in overcoming the consequences of the epidemic not just in terms of crypto.

All indications pointed to China as the next world power, in fact they are already displaying this with their arrogance on claiming some parts of the seas, they are leading in technology and some first world countries has an existing loan to China even US has an existing loan to China
even here in Cryptocurrency they have a lot of influence the leading exchange and developers are Chinese.

Only people strive for world domination, in whose heads the devil has settled, who want power and money. All this makes no sense for a our life, for happiness and development.

Its true that China is really getting big and probably the next world power but this is because of thier hard work, they didn't invade and engage in war to countries to achieve it. They comes up a fullproof system that will makre them richer through the laws by allowing businesses in their country with cheap labor they have but also maintain the price of yuan low making it less interesting for investors but only to the Chinese. They dominate after than including the crypto markets.

Economical development takes time. Unless there's a huge war in the future, it's probably still gonna be usa.
