You can get an answer directly if you've search it instead on some search engines rather here in the forum. The bolded part above is a good to go.

Navigate through the list of available countries. I'm assuming you're not willing to verify your identity? If so, Simplex  (https://www.simplex.com/) (you can use it through one of their partners) might be your only solution here. They've removed KYC (https://u.today/simplex-payment-provider-cancels-kyc-for-transactions-under-150#h20) for small transactions (under 150$) a couple of months ago.

Note: I wouldn't recommend using Simplex, unless you desperately need to. Not only they charge outrageous fees, but they might also charge you "extra" (hidden fees) on top of that.
