Anatomy of the scam

Huge premine (45%) with a ridiculous justification, the goal of this scamcoin altcoin seems to be pay off the Portuguese sovereign debt (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_sovereign_debt_crisis#Portugal), I believe I don't have to expand more on this topic and how ridiculous this idea is, specially coming from some anonymous guy on the Interwebs.

Litecoin copycat. This coin, as far as I can see, adds nothing new to the crypto scene, it's just another litecoin clone.

Dubious distribution method. He claims 15 coins will be given to each Portuguese citizen without elaborating on how this is possible to achieve, given the lack of transparency and no legal entity behind this operation I advise Portuguese citizens not to give personal information to the people behind CryptoEscudo in order to get some worthless coins.

Lack of knowledge on how Bitcoin works. When I question cryptoescudo on the legitimacy of this operation to collect personal data from Portuguese citizens he answered:

Who chooses to help USA growth should mine, buy and use only Bitcoin - many collective and entrepreneurial initiatives there. So they [USA] will be able to pay off their debt more easily. As they'll soon need it.

Don't know what this guy has been reading about Bitcoin, but that statement has all sorts of wrongs!

Lack of knowledge about the crypto community. He keeps asking for a Portuguese pool, as far as I know, there's no altcoin pool under .pt ccTLD.

I believe the aforementioned points are huge red flags and more than sufficient for people to keep away from this coin, and more importantly if you are a Portuguese citizen DON'T GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION to some stranger for a few coins.

He also lacks knowledge about Portuguese legislation and laws.
This seems more an Identity Thief scheme with the purpose of generating valid false documents.
They claim you can mine by yourself, but that leaves only 55% of the coins to the miners, since the other 45% are only released to those who send valid identification.
I advise you to stay quite away...

Even if it was possible to give 15 CESC to every Portuguese citizen that would be 225000000, and they'll still have 225000000 to pay off sovereign debt, of course.

All altcoins where huge premine (or part of it) is supposed to be airdropped, sent to people living in some country or any similar story are 100% scam
and the only way those scams could be reduced here (forum owner don't give a shit) is by "killing" people starting them over trust rating, check below.
Anyone with few negative trust ratings will most likely be ignored even by very dumb people especially if he is asking for money or offering downloads.
