SOFICO management is very unprofessional
They employ fake translators. My total reward is decreased and I feel disadvantaged. Link to spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Jp-vk6plVaD2HdaCfbdjrmO7e2ja_DrsuU80lh8H6lE/edit#gid=2009573657)

They didn't wanna be held responsible, instead they told me to go to court. Now they've blocked me in telegram.

PS: If you're a fake bounty hunters, this is your chance to work with them. They wont see your trust scores. They're blind and careless management.

I feel this is quite normal, it's not too important for you to say and complain here. You are only angry because the amount of bonus you have received has been reduced  :D Keep calm, guy! You should understand that those managers seem to have never had experience operating on this forum. All of them are newbies, I bet they don't care if translators use automated tools to make their translations. It is obvious, you should get used to it when you are also a bounty hunter  ;)

No, this isn't bonus, guy. Sofico let my rights be owned by fake hunters. Actually this can be prevented if they aren't lazy (I've warned many times to one of their teams that there are some users who have gotten negtrust and he said they would be checked soon, but they did nothing). Instead they corrected their fault, they blocked me.

It was easy to understand  :D If you have denounced those guys to manager with sufficient evidence, there are two possible cases:
  • 1. They can accept it, they feel good even if those people have negative beliefs in the account, as long as those guys do a good job
  • 2. Keeping them in some kind of relationship we don't know about (it seems impossible)
Anyway, this topic can't help you

Well, this thread just give a warning about how lethargic they are and doesn't even bother checking who applies with them. More like they only care on the quantity of people that will promote them or their managed project/s.

"No advertisement is bad advertisement" - you're simply not seeing the market that this is appealing to. The demographic would simply be the type of people who purely care about quantity over quality: scammers. Well, they truly are a match made in heaven! Shitcoins promoted by shit managers with shitty bounty hunters? A trifecta of scam!

Some bounty campaigns have thousands of participants, do you really think that a single manager will be able to check all those profiles (alt accounts, tagged accounts, spammers...).
I know about many bounty hunters who received their reward just for posting an authentification post and filling the google form without meeting any of the campaign's requirements.

I don't agree with ChuckBuck, these CMs should be called out on their laziness and unprofessionalism. OP's intents or motives do not matter.

Anyway, this topic can't help you
I wrote this thread not to help me, as seen in telegram chat that "they can't change something" (even though there is actually a chance, because distribution is still not done, they have just sent spreadsheet to the core team). This is only as reference to warn everyone, especially future new projects that plan to collaborate with this management, as well as a good signal for fake hunters this is their chance to join the project they manage without worrying about being caught because their manager isn't competent to catch them :P.

What did you expect?
Sofico is just a newbie account with only a few posts.
Always look for someone who has good reputation on this forum before doing any business with bounty managers.

I used the table format from that topic: Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns [Last update: 24-Feb-2020] (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0)
You can see updated OP on that topic weekly for campaigns' status (closed, opened, and available slots). For most recently news on open slots, following managers' newest posts or newest posts in that topic can help.

Good day!

Participants in all of our campaigns receive an award as soon as possible. I understand you are offended that you have not received more awards. In IQ bounty all participants received well-deserved awards, including you.
Look carefully at the Spreadsheets again https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Jp-vk6plVaD2HdaCfbdjrmO7e2ja_DrsuU80lh8H6lE/edit#gid=2009573657, the participant rezaanahviII did not receive the award. Participants Amaraly and ozidavici where able to prove proficiency in their languages.

Maybe you have been banned from a group for spam. I restored you in groups.

Thanks for the help. Sorry if we did not meet your expectations. Take part in our new campaigns, we will be glad to see you!

In IQ bounty all participants received well-deserved awards, including you.
Allocating part of the honest participant rights to participants who are clearly cheating is undeserved act, including your act.
the participant rezaanahviII did not receive the award.
rezaanahviII received no reward but you've also calculated his/her stake so that's my reward was reduced. I know that your reason is rewarding wasnt done by you but the IQ team. But calculating the final stake was done by you and of course you've also determined the total rewards that we'll get. So it was your fault.

Participants Amaraly and ozidavici where able to prove proficiency in their languages.
Where can I find the proof and how have you verified it? ~~ (I'll wait for your answer about this)
I showed this thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5249655) and this one (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5241456) to you, and did you think these verifies are nonsense while also having clarifies from native Korean and Japanese speakers with high ranks? or do I need to ask subSTRATA (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1764772.msg20785093#msg20785093) and hakka (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5241456.msg54753957#msg54753957) to come to this thread to verify once again about these fake translators especially for you?
You need to know that ozidavici has also got neg-trusts before I tell you about these accusation threads. And also some of your fake translators mentioned in norman0's thread was banned in this forum, maybe bcause of plagiarism or low quality machine translations, idk. They already know your weakness, so I think they'd come again to join your bounties with new accounts.

Maybe you have been banned from a group for spam.
I'm not a spammer and hate spam, I was blockrd bcause you didn't wanna answer my complaints about this problem and I assume you've avoided the problem. Since you've instructed me to go to court, I thougt this forum is the best court you're referring to.
I restored you in groups.
Thanks for the help. Sorry if we did not meet your expectations. Take part in our new campaigns, we will be glad to see you!
if I and all the real translators have fully received the rights (the rewards allocated to fake translators are divided equally to us), I'll forgive you but wont forget it.
thanks for restored me but I have no plans on coming back to your groups and join your bounties in the future. so pls re-block me :P

I'm not talking about conviction, but sharing the facts. If you're not sure of the facts above, its your right.
After all, "its hard to convince a fly that dirt is actually disgusting"

The latest fact, Sofico is currently managing a bounty that will be listed on  top 2 scammer's favorite exchanges (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5275999.msg55204674#msg55204674).

I don't agree with ChuckBuck, these CMs should be called out on their laziness and unprofessionalism. OP's intents or motives do not matter.

If you feel that way, call them out in trust!   You are on DT2 you know.  :)

Whattt??..
Look, another proof of how lazy you are. You should reply to my comments and questions on this one (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5262963.msg55137518#msg55137518) which need your response more than this one (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5262963.msg55245685#msg55245685).
I wrote a lot of reviews here and you just took the conclusion that I want your money? I'm not that poor, man.
You need to read again and remember for the rest of your life that
This is only as reference to warn everyone, especially future new projects that plan to collaborate with this management, as well as a good signal for fake hunters this is their chance to join the project they manage without worrying about being caught because their manager isn't competent to catch them :P.
so don't expect you to buy reputation here.

I have questions you should answer instead of making nonsense conclusions.
1st:
Participants Amaraly and ozidavici where able to prove proficiency in their languages.
Where can I find the proof and how have you verified it? ~~ (I'll wait for your answer about this)
2nd: How important is your trust score? suddenly you care about the redtrust you've got while previously you ignored your fake translator's redtrust. If you're ok with that, you shouldnt mind your current trustscore either.

1. The IQ.cash project team did an audit of the translations. The quality of the translations was sufficient for the award.
2. Many not bad people have a Red Trust here. Young man, life is not limited to this forum. If a person is able to prove that he does a good job, it does not matter to me as a customer.

Young man, do you have any more questions?
