The mask i used was much cheaper and I've done a lot of research to see if all these low-cost masks aren't as effective for the corona virus. so you can give me the details of a top level mask.

I think that depends on the standard from every government and health center, and I think the material will be different than the other country. I don't know what the name is, but the price is about $1 for 2 masks. You can use for 2 days for 1 mask, and you can wash your mask to be used in the next days, so you need at least 3 masks for a week. But that is not a must because you can manage by yourself.

It is best to use a surgical mask but only once It is much cheaper in price It can usually last 7 to 8 hours The surgical mask consists of two parts One part may be light blue or other colors such as pink and the other part may be white. The blue part is waterproof and the white part is filter which prevents germs from entering If you are a healthy person and want to protect yourself from outside dust and disease germs wear the white part on the outside and the blue part on the inside And if you have a cold fever sneeze cough or any other disease then leave the blue part outside and use the white part inside This will prevent something harmful from coming out of your mouth and will not easily infect anyone else.

Okay, it lasts for 3-4 hours only. |Masks are more likely not protect to you from the others, but to protect them from you, if you're already sick.

Also, you should remember about eye protection as well. I heard a few times that it's more likely to catch a disease thanks to your eyes open.

I only Use now KN95 mask because compared to N95 of US standard it is too expensive while kn95 is 300% lower  in price.

I can Buy kn95 for 1.20$ while n95 valued 4-6$ depend on seller.

and to stay longer in usage?i am spraying alcohol each time i use the mask so i can have it 4 days- 1 week

Surgical mask and  N99 or N95 is recommended to use, but i just use a washable mask. It is a cotton or cloth face mask with a price of 1 dollar in the market.

Surgical mask reduced the transmission of multiple human coronavirus. But it's hard to have surgical mask now because almost pharmacy is out of stock already.

Surgical masks have zero effective on controlling the virus but government still ask us to wear because they don't have enough N95 masks but in many places surgical masks get huge demand but nowadays people realize that and the price also back to normal in my places.

mask that is suitable for everyday wear and is very safe is n95...
in some countries, the price may vary, but its use and cleaning is very easy, to clean it simply by giving ordinary soap every day.

I bought KN95 as I've heard it's a good mask but after receiving the actual mask, I've seen that there's an allowance in the middle of it.

I went back to surgical mask, it's also cheap and I've bought a box I guess around $4 for 50 pcs. I can't remember.

In India N95 masks with respiratory valves are banned because they found that it is not stopping the virus from spread so which harm more people.And as I said surgical masks are not capable of stopping the virus due to its bigger pore size so as a whole using mask is just and useless expense.

No matter how secure a mask is, if the person touches it with bare hands or even mishandles it, the whole purpose is defeated. Definitely a challenge when you're frequently using public transport ;D

It's different in here, surgical masks are stopping around 80% of the spread. The KN95 isn't do good and which I think the n95 is way better.

actually there are many designs of kn95 and there are also many fake designs.

this is why many People are still using surgical mask as it was more safer and cheaper.
I only use some surgical as long as with tissue inside.

Speaking of tissue, I saw a life hack which claims to prolong the reusability of a mask by inserting a piece of tissue between your mouth and the mask.

Yeah i also read that hack mate,but what i am doing to prolong my mask?i am spraying 70% alcohol  every time i  go home or when i report  in the office,spraying the mask thoroughly back and front to make sure that the Virus  is dead.

well this is  my own style since  i don't trust washable mask .

I guess the one that I've got is a fake one but I'm all good with the surgical mask but I'm near to run out of supply. Is that ok to put tissue and you can still breathe properly?

Probably the best quality mask is one made out of stronger fiberglass window screen. But a spiderman mask comes in a close second. And a bee-keeper's mask is good, as well as a nylon stocking pulled over the head.

If you take a mask off and put it back on, you are certain to be infected by any particles that landed on the mask.   Make sure you place the mask skin side down on a clean and sanitized surface.   Or, don't reuse masks.

Masks differ from one country to another and from every health center and another, and there are no better masks than the other, but there are masks that can be used for only a few hours, and after that we will throw them and there are masks that can be used throughout the day and after completion we wash them and use them again and the prices of masks range from half $ Or one dollar

The best attribute for a mask at the moment is the ability to stay locked in a drawer at home.

Stay healthy, don't re-breathe the toxins you exhale.

Of course i always try to stay indoors as much as possible but for some reason we have to go outside. In fact, i used the KN95 mask a lot but it is short of breath and very difficult to breathe.

N95 and KN95 as well as another standard of the same level protection (FFP2, FFP3) are the best, if you go to the public places when the danger level is not low in your country.
Low risk level means citizen can wear ordinary face masks.

A window screen, homemade mask is the best:
1. It doesn't block fresh air intake;
2. It doesn't store up bacteria and CO2 on the inside... to be breathed back in, thereby weakening the wearer;
3. The idea of the mask being worn increases placebo effect, so both the wearer, and others are safer, because they FEEL safer... placebo effect;

I can tell you that there is nothing to worry about. If you are a healthy person with normal immunity, then you will not get sick with this virus (and if you get sick, you will quickly recover, as with the usual flu). If the virus were really life-threatening, I would use a gas mask that is made for bacteria, viruses and other aerosols. These gas masks block almost 100% of viruses. There are also cheaper special respirators, they will also work, but they are slightly worse than gas masks.

Here in Pakistan people use simple surgical Mask and they cost Pakistan 20 Rs.
