That's around $2700 at the current price now. I suggest you be careful with that, even if a trusted user, scams are everywhere. Why not use use an escrow for this, at least for your safety and to make transaction smooth. you might want to check the list of trusted members who are offering escrow services here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2439910.0 some of them might not be active but I'm sure some also are active like DarkStar_ and Hhampuz.
