Title: GridSeed and Declaration of Conformity CE MARK Post by: AlexFighter on March 22, 2014, 06:17:21 PM So i was just about to buy Gridseed devices but i've noticed that they dont have (didnt have?) CE stamp.
I've heard that you need both CE stamp and declaration of conformity (paper document) to import this stuff, and even if you succeeded in obtaining devices without problems with customs officials it means you were just lucky, cause its forbridden to use and sell electric devices without CE certification. I've read propably everything about this matter and i heard that manufacturer of Gridseed didnt have certification in the begining but "is working" to have it on devices, or maybe even already have this certification? Please answer me about this, because i am 100% sure i cant resell Gridseeds without declaration of conformity and i dont want to risk Thanks!
