What happened: India's popular YouTuber, carryminati's second channel has been hacked.

India's popular YouTuber, carryminati's second channel CarryisLive (6.67 millions subscribers) has been hacked. Scammers hacked this channel and uploaded videos of fake giveaway. The video has been taken down due to quick action. Carryminati tweeted that his channel had been hacked.

The amount of hacking on YouTube has now increased. So if you find a video of any kind of giveaway on any YouTube channel, you must check it thoroughly.

Are these Youtubers not using cellphone verification to log in in their gmail serviced site like Youtube, I consider this negligence if you are popular you know that you will be targeted and this is one big reason why you should secured your account, hackers are very good right now if they can still hacked account that are cellphone verification secured.

Youtube is full with fake giveway related ads, video's and live too. Specifically scammers are using ethereum founder vitalik's videos, pictures and speech tapes to make crypto users fool. Yesterday i got so surprised during watching videos on youtube. Suddenly i saw a fake giveway advertisement where scammers used ethereum founder's press video and most interesting thing was that it was an paid advertisement through google. After visiting the real site i discovered their actual scam plan. I believe who have little knowledge about proper crypto investment will not waste their time and money by running after this kinda fake giveways.

Hacking popular youtube channel isn't a new thing but it's a little relief for now that the video has been already removed through youtube authority. Whenever you find something like this just report the video as soon as possible and its the way by which you can keep lots of new viewers safer from getting scammed.     

Those affected YouTubers probably have (or atleast should have) 2FA protection enabled, but what those hackers usually do is: they contact YouTubers asking them to advertise their software. They install that software to check it out, but what they do not know is that it is malware infected, making them loose access to their account and channel.

Many of them are simply not careful enough and not aware of all the dangers of installing unverified software, and that's why we have so many of them hacked lately.
