New nodes are constantly being added to the service and monitored, the existing nodes are updated as needed. All nodes have an open API and are available for connection. GetBlock is open for cooperation, so if you cant find the desired node on the website, let us know, and we will add it as soon as possible. Your privacy policy says you can give our information to anymore for any reason. Anyone signing up should use a throw away email. One should sign up and generate his/her API Key automatically. Also, it is good if you allow to test your features without any API key in the first place. That would of course be within limit and you can apply those limit through IP restriction.
