-A license is a right linked to a technology patent (in this case, Biosafety holds 2 patents). The holding of these licenses allows the sale, distribution and marketing of a product.
But also on a territory, a customer sector, a country etc... The license allows you to do everything.
-On each $ of turnover, Octopus Robots invoices the exploitation rights on the products which are 10% of the turnover.
When The company sells a product, which generates 100% in turnover, on this 100%, 10% are invoiced in royalties  (5% for Octopus Robots & 5% for Covir)

IS there any problem with covir.io websites? Because they're not showing how much money they raised. The soft cap is 500k$ & The mark is showing they're behind the soft cap. But according to your answer, Covir raised more than 500k$.

I have been watching the progress of covir IEO on bitforex and it looks like there were not a lot of tokens have already sold. If you were watching the IEO progress and there was still a lot of unsold tokens.

I can say it less than 5% of the total tokens available in the IEO were getting sold by the investors.

If you are actively watching the telegram group and you will see even the team is still avoiding the question regarding the how much already achieved during the crowdsale. I think that the softcap is not yet reached based on the progress on the bitforex IEO.

Also saw in TOKENOMICS section that pre sale is running but as far I know IEO is finished but why it's shoeing pre sale is running? Or they just want to extend IEO time?

Also i observed there are no enough activities in their social platform Twitter, Facebook and Telegram, where they didn’t replied users asked questions. Even though they didn’t make bounty distribution yet, it's been a long time bounty ended. I know that they developed many things their smart chain converted Tezos to ERC-20 also token swap.

The pump that happened on bitforex is just a common pump and dump game. There's no volume on the bitforex and this is also a garbage exchange site.

I thought it was already a scam, Impact it was last year bounty project bounty manager didn’t updated spreadsheet but recently i have seen their spreadsheet. I am participated 1st round signature campaign but i haven’t received payment. I don't know why i miss if they distributed. I don’t see good activity in their discussion group. They should list bigger exchange to make large trading volume.
