Just report his thread and explain what they are doing. They will be banned for that. In the Services board, you can only delete your posts after 24 hours, so bumping it secretly isn't possible. The same should apply to the whole Marketplace board.

I suggest to you ...!
Never engage in any trade with both of them, goods or cryptocurency.
The risk of loss is very high.

Avoid both scamer.
Look at some of the charges against them both.

They both are real scamer in this forum, you are more careful in trading, because you often play on the market board.
It's good that you make this topic, so that you are more careful going forward.

Good catch OP although I don't know how accurate this statement is
I notice that Lols601 and Storm66 threads are always on the first page on top 10-15 threads.

According to bpip, both of them deleted only two of their own posts, so they haven't benn doing this for a long time. You just got them on the right time.
As suggested by TryNinja, report their last posts and explain, on the comment field, what they are doing or simply ask the mod to visit this topic.

BPIP shows how many of their posts were deleted by mods, not by themselves.

Quote
Posts deleted by moderators: 4 (Rank: >1000)
Posts made per post deleted: 2 (Rank: >1000)

If you check the links I posted above, you will see that they have been doing this for more than 1 month. Actually, Lols601's 3-9 first posts were bumps which were done in the same day, in the same thread.

This is a shady practice, I guess you would rather posted it in meta section to get an immediate action although I think there won't be any serious punishment; though it's way more unethical behavior.
By the way, you don't have to archive the post. Check with LoyceV posts archive tool and you will get them all.

...

Thank you TryNinja for clarifying this.
Actually, my confusion came from the second line:
Code:
Posts made per post deleted: 2 (Rank: >1000)
I have been using bpip for various reasons for a long time and never read carefully the label. I supposed it shows the number of self-removed posts... maybe because it's usually higher than the number of posts deleted by mods  :-[
This is on of the situations where archiving posts come in handy.

So, obviously, this is not just a simple mistake but a blatant abuse. Hence, a ban is totally warranted.

So I archived their threads to see if they somehow delete their posts made on same day and then they repost to get their thread back to top again.
Cases like this is why I made LoyceV's Topic Details: highlight deleted and edited posts (forum wide) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5256854.0).

Unfortunately, I don't show the post date on this overview, but you can see the date for each post by clicking the "unedited backup", or for all posts at once if you click "more".

Just report his thread and explain what they are doing. They will be banned for that.
Or move this topic to Meta :)
I've reported both topics with my "topic details" link as evidence. I'll update this post with the report status later.
Update: both reports marked as "Good". Global Mod posted in both topics:
Please only bump your thread once every 24 hours.
And 25 minutes later both spammers bumped their topic:
bump
Let's report them again :D

Judging by their bump (https://loyce.club/archive/members/282/2824204.html) times (https://loyce.club/archive/members/281/2815241.html), I have no doubt both accounts are owned by the same user. I've left neutral feedback.

Reporting users who abuse rule of bumps once per 24 hours and who not delete old bumps is something that I personally almost gave up, because in my experience none of the users received any penalty other than the eventual deletion of posts. In this case users Lols601 and Storm66 are not very intelligent with their bumps, some do it in a much smarter way by creating alt accounts from time to time, which then are not easy to prove are really alt accounts.

An obvious example of such behavior can be seen here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5153018.msg54646954#msg54646954).

And they were both banned shortly after that. Probably using a bot to make the bumps as they obviously didn't read or even acknowledge my post.

I always give them a temp ban if they ignore my warning, just as above.

Seems that Lols601 is not banned
It was a temporary ban.

he is ignoring your post in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5253194.0 and he is doing what he did so far.
Let's get an update: https://loyce.club/archive/details/topic_5253194_2020-08-27_Thu_13.47h.html#msg55074124
This confirms the continued bump spam. It might be a bot, and it might not even have noticed it was banned.

I permabanned him. It might be a bot... or just stupid.
