Title: Where do you see Bitcoin price by the end of 2020?

As the title says, what is your prediction of Bitcoin price by the end of this year (2020).

Will Bitcoin reach a new ATH?

I don't think bitcoin will reach a new ATH by the end of 2020. My prediction is bitcoin will go highest 16k$ if the bull run continues for a long period. Then it will again fall and in the year end it maybe hold a stable position on 12k-13k$.

This is fully my prediction the real can't be different.

I have similar thoughts to this guy. I think we値l go over $15,000 but then dip to maybe $13,000 towards the end of the year. Remember we were below $4,000 when covid FUD began. 2021 is the real bull run, this is just slow rises. The unstoppable bull like what happened late 2017 is not due until 2021.

As for my prediction, I expected the price to surge in mid-November so we'll be having a new ath by month of December but then it happened too early to consider having new ath by this year. Or the price will keep climbing in December, early signs of new ath? I hope so. Can't clearly see where the price is going to but one thing must be taken, buying today will be an advantage. If the price will stay at this price point, $11k to $12K then we must be seeing a new ATH before the year ends, then we will welcome the 2021 with so much decline in the price. Another year set of speculation  :D

I don't expect it until well into next year if it is to happen but equally I thought we'd be in MUCH worse shape by now when the virus stuff started than we actually are. The whole world has become slightly batty and a whole lot less predictable than it was just a short time ago so I'm done predicting.

All kinds of weird things could happen including a ATH before we expect it, or a return to the $3000s. Or Satoshi appearing in the sky to berate us for selling out.

Right now there is gradual and steady growth happening with bitcoin. From the price being low to reaching a value close to $12000 is the true growth. There isn't any price pushing or manipulation of the price. If this growth trend continues surely we'll touch $15000 - $19000 by this year.

Although your predictions make sense but we cannot close the possibilities that we can reach the new all time high by this year, remember before we really don't expect that $20k will arrive but it surprise us when seeing those numbers reach out and many people get hype with it. But if we can see it by this time atleast we have a great show for having a great price especially when pandemic and crisis hitting some of the users badly.

Not expecting too much this year.

I expect for a more sideways movement than a parabolic movement so maybe a high of around $14,000-$15,000 is my all year high prediction. Well that is also what happened when the past halvings happened. It went sideways for quite some time and then a huge parabolic movement the next year. Although anything can happen in the Bitcoin and the market in general but still there is a high chance that it will just go sideways.

Growth has been taking place with time, but that isn't as big as predicted for 2020. With the halving price is predicted to grow much high, in between things have gone worse. To experience a recovery from the prevailing world economy deviation isn't possible at the short. So, little by little based on the growth of the economy will be the growth with cryptocurrency market.

The earliest that prices would surge would be by the end of the year, and the latest would be next year around mid-year or so. We just saw a pretty big rise from $10k - $11k in the past few days, so you can expect either a steady movement or it going down a bit then slowly returning to $11k. The price by the end of the year would be around $13k I suppose? Considering nothing major would go on and BTC would continue it's development for the next few months like so.

The market is pretty much in a good state, considering how the virus pretty much rekt everything. Still, you never know what might happen when considering other stuff. Who knows, Bitcoin may be affected by the sudden surge of vaccines that are being released right now, and afaik, there are already some countries buying and selling vaccines though as for it's effectivity, I'm not really sure.

I don't think we will be seeing an ATH this year though I also think this year won't have the same price as last year.

I think it we will be seeing a good peice but it wont stay there and fall to a certain price and then go back up and stay there until the end of the year. I think it will be the same price as now. I guess it might be prices between $9K to $11K when the year ends.

Will Bitcoin reach a new ATH?

The answer will be yes, but I am not sure if the new ATH will happen at the end of this year or next year. We don't know about that, but we can prepare for the coming, and we can buy bitcoin from now on before the price increases. If the market, especially the bitcoin market, can move like this, I think the price can reach a new ATH before the end of this year, and the price can get a peak in the next year. If that happens, then the situations will be the same as what we saw in 2017-2018, which bitcoin price makes a new ATH in December 2017-January 2018. The history will repeat by itself, and no matter we don't have a clue when that happens, we can wait for more while we can prepare ourselves.

the same thing i was seeing long before this rise began and price was stuck at lower levels, i see rallies this year. i can't tell how big those rallies are going to be and if we set a new ATH but there will definitely be a lot of bull runs. after nearly 2 years of bear market there is simply no other trend that we can see other than a bull market specially since we had two very long sideways trends so far that were accompanied by a lot of accumulation.

We cannot say the market is very unpredictable there was a time Bitcoin reaches $10 k only to go back to $9 k and stay for a long period of time now Bitcoin is the $11 k level and people are hoping that it will continue to go up but there is a possibility it will I am a long term holders I am ok holding my coins for a long period of time as long as it move up even it's not moving up fast.

$15k is a reasonably good price, and I知 comfortable that we might touch very near to the 2017 ATH but not surpass or overdo it. We値l be met with a lot of sellinn pressure on that range before we can even push further, just like what happened to the ATH in 2017 where people expected that we would be able to push for more. If the momentum continues even after 2020, we might even breach the previous ATH and things will start to go crazy. For now, we池e still testing the waters for further highs.

$15k is a safe prediction for me and I知 confident that we can reach that level again. When it comes to altcoins, ETH will reach $500 and the whole market will be good.

We can稚 get too excited fort the current pump right now because it can still retrace, know that this is how trading works so you wont get disappointed if bitcoin fails to reach your prediction.

My prediction is that we're good for this year but it's not yet the ceiling.

2021 is the real bull run, this is just slow rises.
Likewise.

This is my prediction that we're going to see the true run of this bull by 2021-2022. In the mid of that, I'm basing it through the past years which the bull run happened. I'm not that an expert and some might say that it's not going to repeat its history.

But we will see and I believe in 2021 if not, moving forward to the next year.

I believe bitcoin might stay its price between $11,000-$15,000 by the end of the year of 2020 because have already made a lot of ups and downs last year. So I think this would be the year that will help bitcoin to reach $20,000 again by next year of 2021. Even bitcoin's price would fall again to $9,000 before the end year, I think it would go back to the range of $10,000 easily.

I don't really expect anything, because I was hoping for a large bull run in the next year, but if the current trend continues, I'd expect to see $13-14k as a new base level. We'll probably see a lot of sideways trading or stability, because those things seem to become the new normal. But if the market will for some reason be more bearish, we might see $7-8k instead. The global market is so strange right now, we have a pandemic crisis, yet stocks and gold hit ATH. This can easily lead to a crash that can even drag Bitcoin with it again.

I mean even amidst the world economic and health crisis, Btc continued to gradually made an upward movement right after it fell to almost $3,000 level in March during the first phase of the pandemic. The current Btc price run is slightly better than 2019 in a year-to-date basis.

Anyway, ATH is always very much possible before the 2020 ends.
I only have one thing in my mind right now, If Btc breach $15k in the 4th quarter, then most likely Btc will be heading to break another ATH around $20k level.

That ATH is a way too far from now and even though we have some pumps this time but it is not actually the case to think about a bullish market will come next. If we are into the real scenario, not just in imagination we can tell that the market is still not prepared for it. I'm not closing this time to come but it was hard to make it this year. However, it was then good to see that we are moving forward despite of the pandemic situation cause global market recession and we glad that we are still keep moving high.

If the current momentum will sustain until the end of this year, $15k is not possible but doubted to go far and reach $20k IMO.

Last day I went through some of the historical movement of bitcoin and my own custom metrics to find how high the price may go. My predictions made the bitcoin rise upto about 21K USD and the subsequent correction would be resisted around 11.5K USD making a slight correction afterwards. I have already placed my sell orders (at different support level) as the price crossed 11.5K.

i think am with you here, $15k is like a safe assumption, but we will see where this $11k is heading for the next couple of months. but in general, this $11k jump in the past few days is actually a very very good leap and not expected, on my side. but looking forward what the market's sentiments be in the next few months.

Don't know I don't have any specific price to be predicted, but clearly the movement price now is trying to reach the privious all time high i.e $20.000 but after that I don't have any prediction. As a trader we will see the history of the price to compare the current price movement and indeed this history price will be affected to the current price movement like in support and resistance.

The price are increasing and falling also. The past that we reached an ATH, the price just surprisingly pump up to $20K but right now, the price broke $12K price and fell to $11K and staying there. I guess starting this month we might just be used to 5 digit prices. We might see some 4 digit but I think not that long.

for this year it might be realistic to have bitcoin at $ 15K, and will continue to move up again the following year.
if until the end of this year bitcoin can reach $ 15K, then we can be sure to move steadily towards a positive direction until next year where the halving prediction is that next year the peak of the increase in bitcoin.

it is certain that the increase next year will reach more than the increase in 2017. But where is the highest price bitcoin? certainly will be seen from the last price this year.

Positive year is every year when price on 31th Deember is higher then on January 1st.  Most years so far were positive with exception of two 2014 and 2018.   Both 2020 and 2021 will be positive.

I would say we started the year at around 7k and that is why I feel like 14k would be around where we will end it. I know it is not like something we do all the time and it changes year to year basis as well but I feel like double the start of previous year is something bitcoin can handle, could it be lower or higher? Sure of course it can be, but the "realistic" increase is definitely 14k, anything above would be awesome and anything less would be disappointing, so that is why I put my money to 14k.

If it reaches 14k I am selling all of mine and getting out, I will wait for it to go under 10k once again before I buy, that is of course if it can reach 14k and I can sell, if it doesn't then I will have to just wait until it does reach that level so that I can sell it even if it is 2021 and not 2020.

I'm sure the new ATH will definitely be achieved but not this year and at least to surpass 15k at the end of this year I'm sure it's very possible to happen, slow movement so far but continued support is strengthening the market to hit the new ATH next year. So I'm sure the end of this year will be a process to reach all time high so it is possible to surpass 15k and maintain it because the market will continue to strengthen.

By the end of the year price will stay in the range between 10000$ and 12000$, that is my opinion. Despite positive current trend I don't expect huge price jump but neither a fall. There is possibility for price to touch 15000$ but that will probably be on short term basis and it will not last long. If pandemic gets worse that also might impact Bitcoin price, at least indirectly, so it's hard to tell but I don't expect some major changes compared to current situation.

Well, higher, please!
I aggressively think that bitcoin price will double the price at this moment at it will repeat the price just like what happen of 4rth quarter in year 2017 which bitcoin price was in the bull run. I am not good at technical analysis but perhaps I have a sense of humor to guess like the fundamental analysis throughout the market speculation. So, at the end of this year, I saw my vision that the price will become $20k at the end of the year. The halving event gave us a strength to believed that the bitcoin price will plunge soon.

The last quarter is very interesting to see because in the past years, at this time mostly the market is making a magic line and taking it to surge. But I can't make it to compare the past that it works the same because of the current situation and that it makes me just to say $15k it having of its chance to achieve. I'm not looking for another ATH nor to seek it because truly the situation can't make it possible and we know that already.

2020 is not a perfect year for crypto but there is one thing I see the impact of the pandemic, and that is market adoption which leads to a more surprising price trend in the next year.

Maybe $15,000, that if we don't break the ATH this year, bitcoin is getting bullish already though there's no FOMO yet but the overall market performance is good, there was a sudden dump when bitcoin reached $12k, but it's holding now, unlike before that it will dump harder than it pump, so it's a sign of improvement that bitcoin has good support already.

Will Bitcoin reach a new ATH?
I don't think that Bitcoin will reach a new ATH at the end of this year. Even if the price has increased quite well but it seems the increase will stop at a certain amount before ATH. The price itself right now has decreased to $11,101.97. And it may have chance to decrease again or increase. We can see the price today. In this situation, we cannot panic and expect too much to reach the ATH. Just be realized to expect the price of BTC so far.

..Then it will again fall and in the year end it maybe hold a stable position on 12k-13k$.
..
I also think that it is difficult to reach ATH at the end of this year. The price probably will reach around this amount or maximal $14k.
But once more, this is only my prediction where I am not a good predictor on the bitcoin market.

many expect the price of bitcoin to touch $ 15k this year. if that happens, then this is the first time since 2019 that the price of bitcoin has returned to that point. Well, I also suspect that the price of bitcoin can reach that price. bitcoin prices need to reach $ 12k at the end of this month, or at the beginning of next September.

We already see the price comes at $12,000 and it really surprise us so provably those $15,000 figures will reachable by this year since $3,000+ price difference is not to far to achieve. Hype still ongoing these days so maybe we can even see more from it, remember many people expects to see a good pump and this is a good sign that everyone is positive on the outcome at the end of this year.

And contrary on what's really happening, I rather presumed btc price to be somewhere below $8k, given the circumstances we are facing right now. However, market still shows positive movement though, obviously, but even so I don't foresee new ATH by this year. But it is good if it happens though  :P, it is just kind of early considering that halving did take place recently.

As the title says, what is your prediction of Bitcoin price by the end of this year (2020).

Will Bitcoin reach a new ATH?
Third quarter bring really positive things to the crypto market and now the prices are getting stable after that quick dump, maybe if the prediction comes true this is just the accumulation period the real bull may begin at the end of this year or just the next year's first quarter.
