It's late here so ill run diagnostics on electrum tomorrow but I sent funds to my watching only mycelium wallet (generated FROM the trezor) a while ago. I just checked my app and everything looks fine but on the online mode on my laptop at wallet.trezor.com the funds aren't there - I haven't spent anything since depositing funds there so is this a common issue I'm trying to work out if anyone else has had it?

Firstly, I hope that's just a typo... it should be wallet.trezor.io ;)


Not sure if it's just because I haven't had my morning coffee... but to clarify:

- Funds sent to Mycelium watching-only wallet that monitors Trezor accounts
- Funds not showing when viewing wallet on wallet.trezor.io

Is that correct? If so, I haven't had any issues with wallet.trezor.io recently... I assume you're running the latest firmware and Trezor bridge etc?

It could just be a slight network issue with the Trezor backend not having synced properly? ???

The trezor firmware is a bit out of date afaik but it shows on electrum and mycelium but not on wallet.trezor.io (and yes it was the io site I just made a typo)...

I guess it's not really a problem now anyway as I trust electrum for signing it - wouldve been a problem if it was just mycelium as they like to spend the oldest or largest input...

Ok... one last thing... did you happen to generate and send to a "native Segwit" address (aka bech32 aka "bc1") address in Mycelium? ???

The wallet.trezor.io wallet only supports the Nested SegWit addresses from memory... and Mycelium (and Electrum) will work with either, so you if you generated a "bc1" address in Mycelium... and sent to that, the Trezor wallet won't be able to see it ;)

Oops...

I thought wallet.trezor.io did legacy and native segwit - seems I may have been wrong. That'll be the problem 🙄.
