 I am currently in the middle of thinking about creating a project related to investing in crypto currency.

Here is in a few lines the main idea of the project:

Today, everybody has already heard about crypto currencies or bitcoin, there is a huge buzz around these technologies since 5 years now!
Yet many individual investors are beginners and have a low investment capacity. Moreover, the lack of investment experience is a disadvantage for investors who often have to spend large sums of money in unsuitable online training courses. The risks faced by small investors are therefore numerous and make the crypto-market less attractive.

From my experience, I know that any investment in crypto's assets will require time, energy and... capital.
What if we could invest and learn together? Because after all, in my opinion, investing in crypto should be fun!
With this project, I would like to facilitate group investment and collaborative learning for individual investors in crypto-currencies..,

My first challenge is to find talent to build a web application that will help investors  to meet and better manage their pooled investments.
Being in the ideation phase, I am looking for people who already have experience in the world of entrepreneurship, market finance and/or the crypto-currency sector. I would therefore like to talk to people who like to be entrepreneurial and who would be interested in brainstorming or joining forces!

Do you mean trading, rather than investing? I have not come across any group or webinar solely focused on teaching people how to invest as it does not really require knowledge of technical analysis. Just fundamental knowledge is needed and this can be learnt through reading relevant contents.

Are you suggesting users would send this assets to a central fund, and what would be the purpose of this? Also, how do you intend to manage these funds?
The basics of investing, especially long-term is: buying low, securing your assets, and selling when it gets to your preferred ROI percentage.

There is minimum value to buy bitcoin. You can buy bitcoin with less than $ 1  if you wish.

There is no need to make a "pool" of investors of friends and family imo. If there was an entry barrier of something like $ 1000 to be able to buy bitcoin this project would be necessary, but I don';t think it is.

What would be the advantage of using your plataform?

And most important is that Bitcoin is not only an investment. Why don't you encourage people to buy goods with bitcoin? For example, Spotify gitcards .

Investors with no money and lack of investment experience aren't investors. It's the average Joe you're trying to target.

You're supposing to create a pool that you will manage to handle funds from people and invest it in the cryptocurrency market. So people need to rely on you for their funds, if you make a mistake it's not you money that will be burning, it's the money from other people. If there is a mistake to be made, better they do it themselves. At best you can, of course, give advice and others, but managing people funds is something else.

There are also laws to be able to manage people so you have the regulatory directives as well.

If you were offering me this idea IRL I would tell you "Yes, I'm new to the cryptocurrency market, show me but I 'm not going to give you funds to the pool, I will invest myself"

When we are talking about "pooled funds" or anything related about investments it pretty much requires you to have some kind of license before you can legally operate one, so do you have one? If not I don't think you are ready to start your investment fund as you will be simply running an illegal operation. Plus I don't think they will like the idea that even if there is a "pooled fund" they are still required to do any kind of brainstorming as if there is one than I don't think there money should be in a pooled fund. You should concentrate on one its either you are educating the investors or managing the fund itself.

I'll dictate my words pointwise:


A course with the need to invest? Or a course whose cost will be shown as an investment where you'll give people the privilege to earn through their ^investment^ while they earn? What makes you so different in this niche? Any previous experience as well as results?



More than 7 years since Bitcoin and alts party began to skyrocket in terms of both numbers and popularity. Get some more knowledge before you even spread them, as ^beginners^ will rely on you if they purchase your product, be it a course or an investment.



IMHO, beginners can't be called as investors but gamblers. Another thing TBH, while you know that the risks are huge for small investors, they wouldn't invest at all.



Be it a trader or an investor, my first question would be - why should I trust you?



Isn't it better if you put the main course in front of us rather than just serving the starter?

No difference from other investment schemes. Very risky to entrust money to random people on the web.

Let's say your intention is good but the crypto community is sick of this type of investment scheme.

Maybe try to brainstorm another idea and switch gears. Let's get straight to the point, the investment part of your plan won't be succeed.

Pretty much this. You'd have to be able to display a rather large value add (such as a history of real trading performance) to make this worthwhile to anyone serious. Otherwise at best you'd be able to manage some small funds from friends and family that were too lazy to make an exchange account and that'd be about it is my guess.

Investing in crypto is very risky because of its volatile value. It might be possible to rethink investing in crypto, especially for a long time. crypto would probably be better for short-term trading.

If you are providing this kind of service, will there be any guarantee for the users in case of any hack? There are a lot of DeFi that have passed this stage which will be good for newcomers.

What guarantee? there's no guarantee on anything if we talk about crypto, there's a huge risk beneath on this kind of investment and if you can't take the risk on this better not to go to any people asking or seeking for investment since we don't know if they are telling the truth, many scammers are wandering around since bitcoins is pumping and those scam guys are alive right now.

Guarantee? If he said no risk and the funds can be return 100% then its scam! When you start store your funds to third parties and trust your money to them, actually you don't have control on your funds again. Hacked or scammed, your funds will loss all. This is similar like exchanges (e.g. MtGox)

Lol DeFi is only FOMO on altcoins, invest on FOMO is the worst idea. You can't know how long this FOMO will end and your tokens will dump around 30-70% if the FOMO ended.

Why would we invest in your project ? That's the first and most basic question. Since you are also in a learning phase, it will not be a good idea to do any sort of investment with you online. If you are in need of funds, you should first try to find local investors in your area whom can trust you more than us.

I don't like the word to learn and invest together I have seen that so many times in the home pages of  Ponzi and MLM scheme, the word working together and investing together has been used and exploited in this kind of scheme, you can invest on your own so why pool my money to invest when we can access the market unless you will think of setting up a plan that's will ruin everything and will sound like a Ponzi Scheme.

But we cant avoid the fact that there are still people who do make big fortune with this DeFi Fomo and it do varies or depends on how early you do able to get yourself in before the hype runs out.

Back to topic on how this idea would really be that relevant or shall we say that it isnt really needed. People dont need any groups to pool up investment yet they can do such thing on their own without the need of any service or third parties.Hence, you can make investment with smaller partitions but at least you do know that you do only handle those funds and not with other people.

Actually this idea had already been existed yet this do end up on being a garbage since no one would really be fool enough to believe on for them to let others do handle it out. Pool of investors ?
Who would be the one to handle out those invested money? You? hehe

I think that it makes sense to invest money only independently and autonomously, otherwise it is no longer your money, but common money.

Those who lack knowledge, haven't heard about the theories and practices around investment and don't know banking and finance well, I can't call them investors. Investor isn't someone who is looking for people opinion on forums online and take decisions that way. I think we should call them "a person who wants to make some profit with some bucks" instead of investors.

What if we invest together and make mistakes together? That doesn't sound good. 1 mistake is okey but 100 mistake is a huge problem, that's why I am against it. Also it's not fun when you see loss instead of profit.

Btw it will be good to have a tools that unite some major exchanges and give you possibility to check price of each them (such things exists but I mean connected accounts and immediate transfer between them but I hugely doubt you'll get that kind of partnership from any exchange).

I think you should check eToro, they share the same thoughts.

So you are just become a facilitator without bringing anything to the table, who are you anyway what are your skills people will not trust their money or do cooperation without knowing who they talk to there have been so many of this kind where investors trust their money and these so-called facilitators just run away with the money.

The topic looks awkward as investment can be done lone without group of people if you gathered the prerequisite skills. If you are standing in for family and friend, that means you are becoming a broker which will required some regulation

What project are you specifically going to invest with group investments or is it just an idea?

Seen a post with similar idea (probably built already) and the project claims to be decentralized. It sounds attractive but could be very risky considering it's new.
 Devs should build things like that more, so people don't handover their funds to businesses... And this can help keep a cryptocurrency decentralized if everyone controls his/her coin & only need to plug-in to use crypto services

These kind of investment is always trouble at the end of the day

Newbies are not investors. These are people who do not have the experience, capital and strategy that would help them invest money wisely.

Your intention is hard to believe dude, especially a lot of people now here in crypto space are sick and tired of scheme that is very
entrusted one. But I do agreed once you invest here it really requires time and effort also a capital of course. I suggest you must have first
create a team that will help to your intention here. Good luck!

I do not think that in this way you will be able to find like-minded people on your proposal. The fact is that the desire to unite people to invest in cryptocurrencies is not enough, at least an idea and an action plan are needed. As for finding professionals to implement your idea, it is unlikely that this is where someone will be interested in your proposal. For these purposes, there are freelancers, and I'm sure they can help you. In any case, your vision is correct and I can only wish you good luck in your business.
