Are you looking for a bitcoin accepting charity in Africa or one that just accepts FIAT ?

https://www.savethechildren.org/us/more-ways-to-help/ways-to-give/ways-to-help/cryptocurrency-donation

Savethechildren do quite a bit of work in Africa and as far as I understand accept bitcoin as a donation method.
Hope this helps  :)

Project Covid-19: Supply to 50 (Now 70) families in Nigeria (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5252309.0). It was locked but you can follow it or send inquiry to Brainboss.

Not specifically 'feed', but WaterProject donations help provide clean water to "across sub-Saharan Africa". Donated a good amount of times to this specific charity simply because they accept bitcoin  ;D

If you want to donate your fund for african people then  Brainboss (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1052091) can be the right person who is helping poor families by collecting fund through this thread, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5252309.0. You will find other options too where many organisations are gathering fund by running charities but as far as i know brainboss is delivering food during covid19 situation.

You can contact him and discuss in details by sending a PM to him.

There was recently an article on Cointelegraph that listed a lot of charities that might be helpful to you, here : https://cointelegraph.com/news/charities-are-turning-to-bitcoin-amid-the-global-fight-against-coronavirus

Why do you specifically want to concentrate on African charities, when there are so many people in need all over the world? Also, there are a lot of 3rd world countries with a lot of poverty and health care needs... not just African corrupt countries.  ::)

Maybe the answer is "Due to corruption African people are not getting proper help from their government and that's why worldwide donators keep Africa on their first choice list". When its a matter of helping helpless people i don't think anyone care about corruption on that specific region.

I reckon this.

This was a successful project by our campaign manager Brainboss.

He's actually from there so you should coordinate with him.

Ayye. I wouldn't look at it in a negative manner. Maybe Africa simply has a sort of "special place in OP's heart" or something cheesy like that due to whatever reason. Ultimately what's important is that people are going to end up getting some well-needed help, regardless of country/nationality. :P Not to mention that Africa is one of the poorest countries in the first place.

Thanks to all the friends
In my opinion, when people need help, it does not matter why. (Government corruption, earthquakes, floods, wars or even their own mistakes)
