I myself have used their service and found it to be very good one. However, their admin rdps are currently out of stock at the moment but you can buy the shared or private ones.

The quality is not as good as the others, because this is the cheapest ... Well, i just needed a non- admin access RDP as i needed to run some youtube videos on it. Also they install the additional softwares on the server as per your request. I asked them to install few additional browsers and they installed it without any extra cost. The RDP is shared but the logins are different. The RDP is getting more cheaper these days I think.
