The US wants to remove Chinese influence from their country. "Splinternet" is the new global network going forward. :/ Do you think either side will demand exclusivity? Will resources be denied to services operating on the wrong side? This effectively moves the Internet from a level 7 to a level 3 service - level 4+ will be defined by each splinter.
