There is a special board for services, it is called as Marketplace (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=5.0). Depend upon what your service brings, you can choose one of sub board in Marketplace: Goods, Services, Lending, Currency exchange, etc.

Do I have some limitations for posting and writing?

Yes, they were originally listed here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=15958.0) and then they were enhanced here. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5030366.0)

You only needed to use google to find out btw.

Yes there's a time limit of 360 seconds for posting as a newbie. Personal messages "messages" at the top have a limit of 1 a day I think (most people are happy using telegram or email).

You also can't post images until you become a junior member too. And posts are limited to 54000 characters afaik.

Take your time to get to know more about boards, as there are many sub-boards and others, in short, it is a place for everything related to btc or cryptocurrencies. But you need to search.
Depending on the type of services you want to provide, you will find the appropriate section. You can search using Google or search in this forum. You can also ask and we will help you.
You can also inform mods and they will move it to the appropriate board.
