There is value for that peeled 10BTC silver casascius coin. Casascius Brass peeled coin normally valued @150 to 250$ and I believe Silver coin price will be X2 or more than the brass coin. I'd say it would go for .1 or higher here. Probably .1-.25 depending on who is in on the peeled coin.
