Hello everyone

I just noticed, this moment, that I hit legendary rank. I wasn't expecting it, as it triggers randomly.

This is a great achievement to me.
I can remember in February 2018 when I was stuck at work and decided to take a good look at this forum for the first time.

Merit system was just introduced and I had 1 merit (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2885058.msg29953079#msg29953079) that I received from pugman when I didn't even know what it was.

When I discovered how hard it was to get 1000 activity (almost 3 years active here), and how hard it was to get 1 merit I thought that I would never reach Legendary. My first goal was to reach Full Member (100 merits) which I was able to get a few months later (Finally! 101 merit and 84 activity!! Celebration Post! My thoughts on merit. Well, and that's it: more than  900 days later (73 days just logged) I hit it. :)

I know there are a lot of posts like this one, but I felt that I needed to post something to mark my new Legendary Rank.

Now, let's wait and see what are the new ranks that theymos will bring us in the future :)

Congratulations bitmover another milestone achievement for you.

So youre in favor of having a new rank next to legendary. I think Mythical would be sound great like in Mobile legend.

Congratulations on achieving Legendary rank! It would be definitely hard to reach that rank if you are not exerting efforts and making contributions to the forum. But since you manage to get that rank, it only means you did well and you deserve it.

Congratulations man! You deserve it. I am also on the way, but don't know when I could make a similar thread. I joined after introduced the merit system. Once again you have proved that it's not hard to build an account by contribution. I believe a few other users will motivate once they will notice your achievements.

Congratulations legendary bitmover (btw does it mean bitcoin mover, lol) on your great achievement, definitely wouldn't have been possible if you were not contributing HQ stuff, so enjoy the moment mate.

Congrats Bitmover on your new rank and nice report stats, I recently just hit 100 with 100% accuracy, although at such a low number the accuracy doesn't really reflect much (not that it matters at all).
The community is only as good as its members and you are a positive addition to the forum. Bravo!

That is the one shouldn't be on his mind by now, at least get me a new coinage first. LOL ;D

By the way, congrats and keep up as always the good race graphs.

Good job, bitmover--especially considering you registered at what was probably one of the worst times as far as hoping to have a chance to rank up on the forum.  I don't know how many members who registered in late 2017 who are still Jr. Members but I'd imagine it's a pretty big pool.

Does that "DT2" badge show up on your profile?  I've never seen it before, though I have avatars and signatures on ignore so I don't know if that's the reason.  I don't recall anything like that being announced.

Yeah, I agree--but Theymos apparently doesn't since he appears to not be inclined to add any more ranks.  But as I've said before, there are probably going to be fewer and fewer active Legendary members as time goes on.  Older members will drop off by attrition and the creation of new ones is proceeding at such a slow rate that there's going to be a huge imbalance eventually.

Thanks. Yes, that was certainly one of the worst times... And I saw everyone with so much airdropped merits and I had to work to get one by one ...  I never thought I would reach Legendary.
