It's an ease if he can post how much he's going to pay.

OP you will actually get better ANN designers if you are paying them in Bitcoin. I am not sure if you posted this thread in Altcoins subsections by mistake but the users who visit this section are obviously the bounty spammers apart from some well known members who take time to read thread topics and reply accordingly.

My suggestion would be to first declare what payment you will do to the designer, then post in the thread OP. If it is in Bitcoin, move the thread to "Services" and if it is in Altcoins, move the thread to Marketplace (Altcoins).

You need to decide on whom to use as an escrow for the payment too. Remember that if you want quality work from this forum's top designers, escrow is a must.

Rest assured the Services section get a way high volume of traffic than the other one and way more quality content providers.

But I am not sure what you mean by moderator here. I believe you mean someone to run the ANN thread? Or like a community manager? But you will get someone to do that similarly too.
