Update Driver to 18.6.1 or something newer. I had problems on Windows 8.1 with AMD video cards, so I use either Win 10 or Linux OS for mining (hive, etc.) AMD R9 390 consumes a lot of electricity and mining on it is not very profitable right now. The R380 had very good video cards from the AMD R300 series. But it is better to mine ETH on R9 290/390. They give 28-29 mh/s on Ethash. I'm using three R9 290, 86,4 mh/s, 750 watts Rig consumption. Everything in the article here: https://www.cryptoprofi.info/?p=3313. They eat 100 w more on kawpow algo.
