I've DONE SimpleMining and i prefer SimpleMining :D

SimpleMining.net is cheapest (still it depends how many rigs you planning to have)
Then you can set your hashpower to nicehash pool or normal pool like ethermine or nanopool or others or for example miningrigrentals in which you can sell your hashpower for certain number of hours and certain price. Selling 14% more than "avg" price works many times in miningrigrentals.

Still, you should get also consider stability, features, design, user interface, support, community and others.
Better just try both and see which one suits You the most.

Hive OS only, love them OS, they added quite convenient mobile app recently.

If we are talkinkg about pool:
Nicehash:
higher than other pool fees
Slow payout rate (really a byproduct of using BTC and to help mitigate TX fees)
Nonsense with their own wallet vs real wallet (but easily can just mine directly to a real wallet)
Maybe not the most friendly to the smaller coins (as a ton of hash can be turned on them quickly)

On NiceHash I was expecting $0.57/day which is barely above profitability.
On Hiveon Pool, I'm getting over 3 times that.
