Obviously most of them are DeFi projects or tokens now we can conclude the Defi's are on the hype one of the DeFi based token I'm holding is Oikos unfortunately it's not one of the most searched even if they are holding a marketing campaign I hope they can make it as one of the most searched assets in the coming weeks.

and within the obvious Defi trend, 4 out of 10 of the most searched projects are oracle solutions(Link, Dia, Band and DOS). As an absolutely key piece of the stack when it comes to smart contracts, oracles are gaining traction!

no matter if oikos not included on that most searched list. crypto investors know this is good project so no matter if this project not mentioned in defi list. brand awarness that builded in bounty campaign reach its goal , more people know about oikos and its price stable in several exchanges.

Defi is everywhere so I guess the hype is at the peak and will be dumped at any time from the big holders.I ask the newbie investors to wakeup and realize that you are investing on a project which created only for profit making purpose.

I am totally outdated, there are so many new DeFi projects and I canīt manage them all. But maybe it is good because of look at YAM as an example. For how long it works - 2 days?  :D

YAM was nuts, but people invested recklessly in an unaudited protocol despite advised on the exact opposite.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes I guess :-\

Thought ethereum would be in the top 5 or atleast top 10 since its price increase has been impressive lately even the last two days also brought around ~11% increased rasing the price to a peak of $445 marking a new all time year of the year and it isn't showing any signs of slowing down anytime soon. Ethereum is the hosting blockchain for 99.9% of the Defi based project out there and more in development so irrespective of the hypes surrounding the trend don't sleep on ethereum.

Be careful too as scammers would be leveraging on the hype surrounding this new trend to scam investors. I'm beginning to get the feeling we don't need more DeFi project but since this is an open market, there's nothing we can do towards that expect to stop prostituting around by jumping from one DeFi project to another.

If there will exist a thread that will give us update on a daily basis that will give top searched assets it will be great. I have need and I believe other people here have need for those data as it has a way on contributing to the trading analysis we draw before involving ina trade.

DeFi projects are like the plague now. They are unstoppable. Their real usage is still far from just being a speculative instrument so I would be careful jumping in these prices as most coins or tokens seem to me overvalued considering the total supply and circulating supply. Traders will take advantage of this.

I have not heard about most of the tokens/coins from the list mentioned above.
As people are saying most of these are DeFi tokens, the search trend shows that DeFi tokens have become hype these days.
As per my experience this hype will soon end and take down most of the DeFi tokens along with it.
We have seen that most of the AI projects which were in a hype have all vanished.
Things might go the same way this time. Will keep an eye on these tokens/coins to see how many of these are not just a part of the hype.
