The name of ETH has been used by scammers to scam before, many times they have succeeded in scamming. The giveaway sites that come with the promise of a double return are designed to scam crypto investors. I think there are some beginners who are victimized by these people. There are some funds transfered out already but maybe this is a cheap trick sending their own fund using different wallet address to make it look like there are other people who actually sending.
