Title: Strongman - Shaw Classic December 2020
Post by: Mauser on August 17, 2020, 09:15:22 AM
The first Shaw Classic tournament is going to take place in Colorado on December 12th.

The lineup sounds amazing for anyone following world strongest man competitions in the past.

So far the news are still pretty fresh and the organizations seems still at the start. Corona restrictions on travelling will probably be a bigger concern but let's remain optimistic.

It's probably to early to find any betting on this but I would love to bet on this event. Anyone else interested?

Mateusz Kieliszkowski is still so young and yet in such a great condition, I think he has one of the best chances to win this one. But then again Brian in his home Gym should definitely offer a great show.

Seeing a lot of sports matches that have been running I think it will not be a problem, especially when the tournament play in December, have many predictions that conditions will be better than today
Not participating in the betting market, just watching the game and Brain Shawn the name I know.

We will going to find out in this thread and see the response of the users here if they too would love to see this kind of event. I have seen also an event like this but that was a little bit different because the challenge is not only using the force but also all the aspects like mental strategy, agility or speed, endurance and skills that sometimes it may even required them to fight like sumo wrestling. I just forgot the name of that show and they are composed of 24 participants with elimination 1 participant eliminated per event and there were category of men and women division. But this one yeah it looks pretty good too. I want to see their games played.

Should not be a real worry about the event as December still have 3.5 months and by then expect things to be way much better than today. Good thing it is happening in this year itself and now excited about it. Still some time before to think on the betting about it.

I think this is all because the NBA games are going well despite what we are facing today. Maybe after they continuously show good result on their games, the other games such as Strongman - Shaw Classic has minimum risk of the players getting infected. So I think these kinds of games have more probability to continue than any other physical sports out there.

Nice lineup indeed and great to see that Savickas will also compete, too bad that Björnsson will not participate in it.
When bets are available, I would also opt for Kieliszkowski to win; in this field he seems the strongest. Top 3 also seems quite easy to predict, the order is more difficult  ;).

I do hope so, so far sporting events are really hard by this pandemic. Anyways, if there are sport bookies that are going to offer this event then why not?

I used to follow this event years ago and I love to watch it, but never try to bet if there's one betting offered years ago. And there are a lot of new names in the list that I'm not obviously familiar. Need to check them first. Thanks to this thread though, I might rekindle my appreciation for those strongest man candidates.

Of course Brian Shaw would could probably be the best of them even though there's a lot promising. However, their performance in the match is the amazing thing about sports. We should be keen on this matter, because predictions couldn't give us a better perceptions towards the outcome of our favorite sport personality. He's the renounced strongest man, and I always bet for him as he remains consistent on his endurance level.

The match is fierce and equally strong, making me interested in making bets, there is still plenty of time to monitor them so that we can see the superiority of them from the news, and the game time is still quite long, later we will know and be sure of our choice between the two participants who will fight, scrape existing information will be good for a choice
