The CPI coin is essentially a governance token, which is used to represent an interest in the health of the CPIX token ecosystem. CPI token holders will be able to reward or penalise participants in the CPI network. CPI holders are incentivised to participate in the governance of the ecosystem through coin burns.

CPI has made me some goooood money so far. I got in early when it was  listed at Hotbit, under $10... now it's in the $120's. Loving this run up, and I hope it keeps going!!!  8)  ;D

That's nice profit for you. But is this the new thread for this project? I remember this project because of their Emirati ties and posted by different user here in the forum. Anyway, if it posted by Hhampuz, it means he believed that this project is legit. And look at the CPI's trading graph at hotbit, seems that they are not stopping anytime soon. Any major news why this rise?

This is an extraordinary achievement, the price has risen more than 23 times and has survived until now, not just a temporary pump. if I'm not mistaken CPI is a project about DeFi and the DeFi trend is totally crazy.
I see there is an allocation of 10% of the total supply for marketing, does CPI hold a bounty program?

umm am always late at the party, how is it that am just seeing this for the first time :'(, with such price increase definately already too late to get in, this would have made my 2020 a much better year, "2300% price increase in under one month!?" am speechless right now  :o

Congratulations Hhampuz for the partnership with Crypto Price Index. It is very exciting to see the price of many projects from a few weeks to 2 months all rise to the Moon. CPI is only one of them. Investors now is difficult to do their own homeworks and filter good projects among many newborn ones.

Any plans from CPI team to list the token on Binance after Hotbit, Bilaxy, Bitforex, and Digifinex?

Binance is currently being worked on and hopefully I'll be able to announce that soon :)

I see that and love what I meet in the price chart, price stair keep growth up. I'm waiting to see CPI has $200 but hopefully it will atleast keep stable on the current price than drop.

If CPI will truly enter BNB market, I guess the price will still increase. So if you have extra budget, I think this one is a very promising one to invest. The price increase of this token is really interesting. But wondering if they can sustain the market and further go up the ladder or the journey will be the other way around? Watching...

Listing news on Binance gives more fuel to price movement (up) so if the progress reaches target successfully and you or the team announce it, price will boooom. Increases with some fold will be possible. Bull market can lift good coins, tokens up too much.

The price is too high for me and I am only watching CPI as an observer to get experience for my future.  :)

Relax dude, it was what they currently working for. If you look at the situation that the CPI token has, I don't think it will take long for it to be listed on Binance, everything will go smoothly for project that have very surprising development.

Binance listing is a wonderful decision but it sad that I'm unaware of this project at the early stage(before bullish market) and I guess that's because there's no proper advertisement for the project.
What left now is just to keep my eye open on the price momentum in other to accumulate before Binance listing which I believe will somehow help the token surge in price and liquidity.

Price is consolidating nicely on the daily chart. Created a nice flag pole and bull flag/pennant. Wouldn't be surprised to see another run up soon. I'm gonna load up on more here.

Anyone playing the arbitrage angle here? I just noticed price is ~$115 on Hotbit but $130 on Bitforex and Bilaxy.

Some interesting strategies you could employ here for sure, but slowly and steadily loading up on more is the one strategy I prefer, hehe :)

It's nice to be able to take advantage of the panic buying in the market, at least get arbitrage profits from some market price disputes, I still see what's interesting about this project to be listed on Binance, hopefully it doesn't disappoint

I have traded several times using an arbitrage strategy but I was unlucky, when I sent the token to another exchange with a higher price, before the token was successfully sent, the price had gone down.

Does the CPI have any big news in the near future?

I wish a lot of luck doing arbitrage on these two exchanges with such low and faked liquidity there.

From what I know at least on Hotbit volumes are faked by bots and on Bilaxy I haven't traded so far but they are not standing high in the exchanges trust score on Coingecko or CMC either.

I am afraid that to some extent these prices are used to attract not experienced users to try small arbitrage trades but believe me this is not what arbitrage is and how you make money on it.

At least some decent volumes are needed or a good strategy to be successful, don't mention experience, knowledge and of course all information about the exchanges, you are going to trade on.

I have to add that I have nothing against the CPI token or project. These exchanges (at least Bitforex) are known from such shady practices as wash trading and nobody can do much about it.

This is a well-known problem in the crypto industry and I hope that decentralized exchanges and protocols like Compound, Balancer or 1inch are the cure for this plague.

Deposits for CPI will open approximately between October 1 to October 15, 2020. Sorry for any inconvenience this may bring but we are hard at work on getting it done as well as launching on other exchanges! :)

As far as I know, deposit was never suspended.. it was never allowed to begin with. There was no ICO, so there's no one needing to deposit. Everyone who purchased CPI outside of private sales did so on the exchanges it's listed on, so there's nothing to deposit unless you're one of the few people who got CPI from some private way.

Just as VegasCasinoBits mentioned above, deposits were never allowed to begin with but come October 1st we are going in full force and hopefully there will be further Exchange announcements to come before then too!

CPIX tokens will be backed by underlying assets held in an escrowed smart contract. Multiple parties can create their own CPIX token, pegged to a basket of assets.

Hhampuz do you own the project or part of this project? It is not possible to use only one token? Why do you need CPI coin (or we can sat it is Token) when you can use CPIX token? BTW price is down to $90 from $110 hope it will touch $1 then I can purchase some of tokens.

And you are right! Crypto as a whole is in a bit of a downwards trend recently so there's no better time than right now to get involved in projects you love out there :)

I like features which you get with this project like stability and security. System is built on Ethereum, which is one of the most common blockchain formulas currently available. Also because of the blockchain technology, data cannot be altered and all transactions are secure.

3 days after your post the price dropped to $30, I hope you took the opportunity to compare cheap, I missed this chance because it took centuries for my money to enter the bank and it was no longer possible to buy bitcoin... also there was no way for me to withdraw bitcoin from my other investments I no longer do sports betting using cryptocurrencies, I prefer to make sports betting using my country's FIAT to save fees, in short: it was a day that I didn't have the money to buy cheap coins, if I had bought at $30 would easily have earned 3X profit

Are they going to list this token in other popular exchanges? But the current exchanges are already good but I was expecting that this token will hit in the top exchanges like Binance.

I used Hotbit and at the time of withdrawing CPI I had no option of withdrawing CPI, I had to buy LTC and withdraw it. I used Bilaxy and the minimum withdrawal Is 0.0988 CPI and charge a fee of 0.0494 CPI ( something like $ 4.7), I preferred to convert to bitcoin and withdraw. I didn't get to use bitforex.com to buy CPI (but I have an account there and I saw that there is a lot of bucracia and I don't trust them) and I also didn't use DigiFinex to buy CPI (but I have an account). I don't want to speak ill of these exchanges here, but they have some things that are unpleasant. I will wait for them to list on other exchanges

"Between 1st and 15h of October", as you say this is just the 2nd of October so be patient.. It could be tomorrow, it could be the 15th. I'll update you all once it happens :)

"I wanted to give an official update regarding the progress of CPI. Like many businesses, we have been negatively affected by the COVID-19 virus Global Pandemic. It has delayed our progress and investments. Due to the lack of investment funds I was unable to move CPI on to larger exchanges and complete a large World wide marketing campaign. The reason we need larger exchanges is to create more liquidity for trading CPI.  We were unable to accomplish this due to the lack of funding  which has delayed our progress because of Covid-19. CPI is continuing to move forward and needs everyone's cooperation and support during this time.

I am declaring a Force Majeure situation. This means we have an UNforeseen situation and a natural disaster and need to delay opening up wallets and onboarding deposits on the exchanges for 90 days  because of the Covid-19 virus. I plan to open up CPI for free trading Jan 15, 2021 however if we are able to do it sooner I will advise you accordingly.

I wanted to update everyone that CPI is now free trading on all 4 exchanges Hotbit, Digifinex, Bilaxy and Bitforex.  This means that people can buy and sell but the price will fluctuate accordingly with supply and demand.

CPI has closed the promotional (listing phase) and has now moved into the open trading phase. We have been preparing to start the development of the CPI 10,  our first index coin. The architecture design by our developers is paid for but we need more development funding to complete the index coin. Pending funding we anticipate being able to complete this task within 6 to 10 months. It's very important to launch the CPI 10, this will give CPI good market recognition and a lot of credibility.

 We are also in the process of updating our whitepaper to showcase our future development plans for the different index coins and for our pay app. After this, we feel confident to be able to list on one of the top tier crypto  exchanges.

I have been in talks with multiple investors and we are close to securing major funding which will help us develop CPI quickly. As we have advised before we are still in the middle of a global pandemic which has delayed our progress.
