I placed 4 smart trades on 3commas to buy BTC.  Each trade was to buy 0.01 BTC.  Total 0.04 BTC.  Also, each trade had TSL (trailing stop loss) at -2%.  When it started buying, I logged on and saw the status of the smart trades.  It said 1 was "placed."  Another one was "pending."  2 were "finished."  However, when I went to my exchange, I only saw 0.02 BTC.  BTC price never came down to the -2% from the recent high.  I got on the chat line with the 3commas support and he didn't have an answer.   Also, the on the trade status, the TSL price did not change at all.  Trailing stop loss should follow the current price moving up.  Has anyone experienced this?     

I think this isn't the appropriate board for this but you may moved this on Trading Discussion board. Have you checked again if there are still open order on your exchange account or maybe check the order history again, check your internet connectivity and other troubleshooting stuffs.

I'm roughly familiar with 3commas but not the smart trade feature. Did you enter the trades with a limit price, or were they all supposed to be market buys? If they were limit buys, that would explain why 2 of them never got filled. Price may never have come low enough to fill them, or maybe there was only enough sell liquidity to fill 0.02 BTC, not 0.04 BTC.

What happened to the "pending" order?
