Title: WALAHALA HARDWARE WALLET
Post by: Walahala Wallet on August 20, 2020, 11:14:51 AM
WALAHALA HARDWARE WALLET is completely isolated from all physical and network connections. WALAHALA HARDWARE cannot be connected to any network like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Completely protected from hackers and no back doors.

"no back doors" is a bold and impossible to prove. Every device is going to have some sort of problem, you have to transfer data to a device and from it to get a signature, anything along that gap can cause a problem.

Check this thread for more Information: WALAHALA HARDWARE WALLET (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5233706.0)

Their Privacy Policy (https://walahala.com/privacy-policy) is largely plagiarized from Bitstamp (https://fi.bitstamp.net/privacy-policy/).

Their Terms and Conditions (https://walahala.com/TermsandCondition) are also largely plagiarized from Bitstamp (https://www.bitstamp.net/terms-of-use/).

Their KYC (https://walahala.com/kyc) is partly plagiarized from Kraken (https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021850592-KYC-update-for-corporate-accounts).

Their "Owner's Manual" is plagiarized from both Trezor and Ledger manuals and Wikis. It also talks about using a 33 word seed ???

Also, why on Earth does a hardware wallet manufacturer require KYC? And why are they also advertising their own shitcoin and ICO?

There are more red flags here than in Soviet Russia. I'd be avoiding this at all costs.

There are quite a few red flags. I wouldn't touch anything on their website with a 10 ft pole:

1. No actual product pictures, just a few renders.
2. No link to Github/proof of open source software.
3. No information about the hardware wallet's components.

With so many plagiarised content on your website and a now scam accusation on BTT, how can you expect anyone to invest in your hardware wallet? To sell any product you need to first create a trust, which you have already lost it.

Add the fact that both the licenses have expired and they haven't reapplied for them since the laws in Estonia have changed (https://estoniancryptolicenses.ee/2020-estonian-aml-act-what-are-the-upcoming-changes/) and the costs have increased radically, no longer suitable for 300 euros scams.

@bullrun2020bro, thanks for sharing warning. I haven't hear about this hardware wallet before, so it's good to know that would be better to avoid them. Considering these facts above, I suppose that this wallet is safe as "unhackable" Macafee Bitfi wallet.
