In my opinion there are 3 solid projects still trading below the US Dollar that will eventually trade higher than $1.

1. BAT: Brave Browser is a solid product that I use daily and have earned crypto. I have the browser linked to my UpHold debit card and this enables me to spend my BAT in real time as I earn it without trading it for Bitcoin or USD. Swipe the UpHold card and the BAT is converted real time as you spend it.
 

2. LBC: This is another great project. I believe especially in times like this where free speech is being censored across the board on every platform, a tool like LBRY is needed more than ever. What they have built is pretty amazing to be honest. Also the hosting rewards feature for folks willing to "rent" hard drive space to the network will be activated soon. This will enable hosts to earn LBC and create an incentive and market to rent your hard drive space out to support the network.  With big accounts like Alex Jones joining LBRY they sky is the limit as banned creators continue to flock to this platform. Others like Stefan Molyneux, Tim Pool and Peter Shiff are now earning crypto for their video content using LBRY.

Times have really changed folks many "normies" are now using crypto because of tools like these.

3. HIVE: HIVE is a fork of STEEM and is a really interesting project. Steem is dead in my book. Have moved all my operations to HIVE as the token is more fairly distributed and there is no ninja mined stake that puts the network at risk like with STEEM. // Another advantage HIVE holds over STEEM and other networks is the governance. Its got a new decentralized funding system where users can fund development for the chain using their HIVE POWER. Some very interesting stuff.

BAT is a good one.  Great use case with Brave.

I would add TERN

because the best altcoins is ethereum,, and the price now above $400

I have no issues with Ethereum being the best project or altcoin at this time. But OP is talking about the price under the US dollar so you should check out that first.

Cardano's also a good coin under a dollar.

Ok, i'll bite. Why do they have to be under 1 dollar? Why not under certain marketcap? Because that's only value that matters in the first place when you are comparing the coins.

You are thinking the wrong way.

Market capitalization is what is importnat here.

ripple for example is worth only 0.30, while chainlink is worth 16.00.

But XRP marketcap is nearly 3 times bigger than chainlink. This means, that if both had the same amouint of circulation coins, XRP would be worth nearly 45 USD

Total circulation coins X price

This is what is important. Price alone doens't matter.

I think there are many factors that helps to point out the best altcoin projects of which one is use case. From your post, I only agree with the first one BAT. BAT has been around for a long time now and almost everyone knows about its use case and where its application lies, that is Brave browser. But however, on a more broader range, coins like ADA, XLM, I can also consider as some of the best altcoins projects because their project keeps growing, the team keeps looking for more ways to attract investors, expand services, hence showing that the team are very much active.

i will go for use case of the project rather than checking how much they are in the market. because if they can't work out on the use case and will not attract users, they will find themselves in a difficult position. maybe BAT is promising here but there are a lot of people that are already withdrawing the use of it because of its stingy rewards. i for one, is a user of brave browser but i dont see it as a source of income so it doesnt matter to me whether they will give good rewards or not. but attracting users will be a big factor on how they play in the market. if you cant get your clients, no matter how much you are right now will not matter in the future

Ethereum is great, I invested in ETH when it was below $1 back in 2015. Average around .60 cents ... Summer 2015.

Changed my life thats for sure. With that said, there are still many opportunities around today.

Low price just makes the coins cheaper to transact otherwise they posses no guarantee of a better rise in price.
If you are looking for cheap coins that could be of a good potential in the future, than I'd suggest you the HIVE toke.
They are low in price, relatively unknown but their platform has achieved what many other utility tokens are still trying to. They are a fork of another working platform steem and already have a wide range of dapps over its platform.

also its one of the only forks to achieve a higher value than its mother chain.... I could be wrong but in all my years involved in this space have never seen it before. BCH, ETC all failed to achieve this...

It takes a lot of analysis to be able to find a coin that has the potential to be priced below $ 1, it must really be corrected because if it's wrong it's not a potential coin but a coin that will make a loss.
i think of cardano ?? What do you think.

Everyone is sleeping on it- and will look back in 6 months and wish they were in earlier.

It's dumb to compare prices when coins have different supply. Just use marketcap instead. It's the same mentality as with the "Bitcoin is too expensive, I can't buy it", but instead you say that coins are underrated because they are under $1.

You said best? If a project is best then it would surely cost over 1$ because there will be insane demand for such project, the only way to go for best is wait patiently for new projects and by at IEO or ICO price, DIA was 0.05$ and now 3.7$ per token.

they are old projects I think maybe people need something new, to be honest I am not interested in BAT with brave their browser, I think you need to read what I use in my signature, where you can get to know the unique system Proof Of Person blockchain, I think you need to read more about IDENA, you can get it for free and mine it easily using your laptop

Do not invest because of what you'd been told on here, my advice is to take your time with top 20 coins on coinmarketcap, do your own research and pick the ones that are good to you, everyone has different reasons why a particular project is the best for them, find your own reasons too.

Hive, BAT, ZYX, Tron, OGN and Lend are these are the best project and are under $1. Lend and OGN has gained good price and rank in the last few weeks and I think these two altcoins will cross $1 in a few weeks.

Instead of planning to invest on cheap projects why don't you go for Launchpads ok binance exchange, bitmax or gate.io? You will quickly make your ROI and also I believe that if a coin has good utility it will have better demand and with high demand comes better value

BAT is rarely in the news or trend on the social media where everyone is actively watching. There will be time for those old altcoins if the strong whales are still behind them. The project is in its 3rd year and so many projects are in its circle not doing better like BAT. Its not trading below the ICO value which is still good and 57% from previous ATH is a rare percentage among coins. If possible the fundamental should be considered and probably be adjusted to the trending market so has to be relevant and attract traders

I also see the same as you said that the chainlink is very good and always increases from time to time and never drops in value after ico, even the increase obtained is fantastic. so it doesn't hurt other than what you say, chainlink can also be a good alternative.

OP pls change the ' best ' part on your post to good because If the altcoins are best they won't be under 1$ and that's a big fact about awesome projects, it only takes months to see them over 1$ price tag because of too many demands for them

I think I also agree with you @bitmover. Op didn't cover all areas capable of increasing price and your analysis with ripple is a good one. Investors are very smart and like to trade and hodl  project with high use case against the one not considered capable not to increase fast.

There are a lot of people who participate in IEOs at major exchanges, and you only have a 3-5% chance of winning the lottery tickets. It's too hard for you to be a winner, but if you win then I believe you will get a lot of profit from it.

Aside  from the price you should also look for the supply of the coins you are looking .many Altcoins has lower price because they have many supply, you can saw in coinmarketcap if you are want to take a look of the price of the currency. There are many potential coins we have now in the market that value is lower than 1$ . But you need to learn everything  first before decided to invest.

Currently, I like Basic Attention Token to trade especially for day trading. There is no fundamental factor that spreading but its price movement always show a good movement. When I put the take profit order especially for long situation it always achieved without any worried and it is different when I trade in another coin. You maybe right, BAT's price will achieve $1 per coin in the future. Because if we see in the function side the BAT's price is deserve to achieve it. This is an opportunity for every trader and I just thinking in this situation we will shame if we getting rekkt.

Bat is definitely moving upwards. I hold a little bit but not significant amounts. Definitely a working product, a sustainable business model and good tokenomics. They have what 90% of projects lack of.

Yes BAT is one of my favorite coins for sure. I use the browser basically 24/7 because im on PC all day and night usually and sleep about 6hr a day. So have been making pretty decent rewards. I already bought coffee, some small sandwich as well with just a months browsing. Keep in mind though I have the settings to give me the max amount of ads possible per day. So you may be getting different rewards if you have the default setting on. I recommend to turn it to max if you want to make the most rewards. The cool thing as well is I dont find the ad notifications that annoying at all. I have actually found a few cool things because of it.


HIVE is the other gem here imo because of the delegation system. I am earning roughly $1200 USD per month just by delegating my HIVE POWER to a service that pays me out every 24hrs to my HIVE wallet. All my money stays in my wallet however the person im delegating it to is able to use my coins to power their business. In return I get daily payment. This is passive crypt0 income I am able to do what I want with free and clear.

Binance exchange also delists some coins, if volume and development process starts to slow. For a strong team and high profits, I would suggest Harmony coin. Trading price is below US dollars and below ICO. Even this coin is new and Binance listed. This coin hasn't touched any bullrun yet.

i believe the projects here have enough potentials to trade even more than 1$ they are good hold for long term and medium term. these  projects already have real life use cases that people are engaged with. they are real gems that people should take note of.
