And then the thing is that it will automatically ask for you login info: username and password, you can't even exit that dialog box. Submit a ticket (https://support.namecheap.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit) > Abuse report > Fraud / Phishing You can report any clone websites to its registrar coz its against their TOS. As far as I can remember there was one case here wherein someone try to lure many gamblers by messaging them a phishing site.
I reported them as well to https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/?hl=en just to be sure it won't appear anymore.
