You have nothing else to offer, except for someone's identity? There's no guarantee that the ID you provide matches to a real person, unless you're willing to carry out a KYC procedure live. Even with that, it would take a lot of effort to collect on the debts - a lot of busywork after the fact.

That doesn't answer the question I posed about collateral.

Lenders take collateral so that in the case of a default, they have some insurance so that the loan isn't as risky. Otherwise, you're practically donating to a random person. Like I said, getting your ID doesn't help a lender, even in the case of a default.

0.18BTC isn't big enough to run a business. What if you become unsuccessful with your business plan? As an unemployed, how can you provide the guarantee of repayment within 4 months?  You are a newbie member here. Providing government ID isn't going to be trustful as 'actmyname' said above. It will be better if you take a loan from the bank of your locality.

I tried to loan from the bank but i failed to the following requirements. Yes it is risk free that is why my loan request(0.18 btc) is small and it was my personal business. Well i can repay in 4 months and it is successful, no need to worry about it.

Think of it from a lender's perspective. Imagine: a Newbie account shows up, says that they will provide government ID for their loan request of 0.18 BTC, which is a significant sum of money. You already know that this is insufficient collateral (i.e. you will be unable to sell it in the case of a default) and you also know that this is something that can be bought, albeit from unscrupulous sources.

What do you think the lender would do in this situation? Would they send the 0.18 BTC to someone like you?

If i can understand you well, you have a business idea that will be successful by 100% and let you repay the full budget in just for months !?!? Let's discuss it in another board instead of wasting time begging for money here, right?  :D

Go find a job man. No one will send you money based on your stories about how you are a trusted person (based on your ID) and how your business will make a success.

My wife is a teacher, she doesn't make $2000 a month. 0,18 BTC is a lot of money. Telling me i don't need to worry about it makes me worry...

We both know my friend, that BTC is even more than that and the fact is that all of those scammers know it very well.
Unfortunately for them, we also know that none of them is going to repay back any kind of loan, thus they never get a loan here. 8)

Imagine someone just wakes up one day, creates and account on Bitcointalk, and then they think they will just get to the lending board, request for a loan which will be granted to them with no collateral or questions asked. I may also be stupid, but some people are beyond stupid.

No need to worry about and i can pay back my loan request. If i got lucky from the lender in just 0.18 btc loan, i can repay up to 1.74 btc.

You know at this time is covid 19 crisis and then i can guarantee 0.18 btc or higher in 4 months repay.

To be fair, I've seen this kind of con artist bullshit work but it needs to be super-smooth and flawless (unlike your illiterate ramblings) and typically it's done IRL - not so easy online unless it's some type of real-time high-pressure environment like Telegram. C- for attempting to shoehorn COVID-19 into this. Still not going to work but please keep wasting your time here.

You're going to pay back 9.67x the amount back as you were given? Normal lendees don't typically say that they'll do such things: typically, people are much more innocuous with their repayment since they actually intend to repay the loan.

People worry when there is nothing to make you pay them back.  How many people need to join this opportunity before you get over 1.5 BTC from 0.18?

Well it is my personal business then no need more addition people to join. The guarantee repay is 0.18 btc in 4 months.

Please use your brain. If a complete stranger posts on a random internet forum that if you give him $5000 he guarantee that tomorrow will return to you $10000, will you give the money to him?

The only guarantee is valid collateral. If you can't provide it, you are just waisting your time here.

Well its not quietly expensive but all of these are not fake and then we will talk together via phone, email or something that he/she can verify me.

Nonsense. There is only one way that verification can go and it's not this:

Lender: "Are you Jane Doe?"
Scammer: "No, I sent you fake documents obviously ha ha ha."

giving a loan to someone who doesn't know is a very big risk, and especially during the current pandemic.
a person's trust is very difficult to obtain, and even with the assurance of someone's data,
it is not certain that the person is true to the authenticity of his personal data.
because to falsify someone's data for now it is so easy for smart people to commit fraud.
