We currently have a closed alpha version, but you can file a request and we will approve you. The public beta version will be launched at the end of September and will introduce a number of unique and non-linear instruments.

Yes, we currently only offer the BTC/USD currency pair. The public beta will be launched at the end of Septmber, and will further introduce ETH/USD, our very own SXE token, spot trading and trading robots. It is already way more profitable to trade BTC/USD on our exchange, however, as we have the lowest commissions and tightest spreads on the market.

So what does it mean about the above numbers?
Is the money involved not real or just test money?
What do you mean by closed alpha version here, are those alpha users already using real money to test your platform?

The money involved is real. A few months back we invited 50 traders to test our exchange. They remained since then - brought in real money and continued to trade. We do not have test money on the exchange 🙂

Our market maker in the alpha version supports minimal liquidity and is extremely trader-friendly. Further, we often offer better-than-market prices.

Are you planning to add a feature for creation of trading robos with predefined algorithms in your exchange?

We do not currently have plans to allow our users to create their own robots, because it is very complicated and takes a lot of knowledge. Furthermore, the market already has solutions to implement your own robots, but they are not very popular due to the reasons outlined earlier.

What kind of strategies and technologies do you use for protection user's information and assets?

The most important thing is to store all user coins via multi-signature cold wallet. This wallet does not have physical internet access and requires at least two persons to execute the transaction in question. This method was proven effective by BitMEX, who have zero lost coins so far.
Additionally, our internal instruments are isolated by our corporate network. Meaning that nobody from outside will ever gain access to our administration.
Of course we don’t store user information in plain data format — everything is secured, including hard drive encryption.

What about built in robots? Is there any possibility to customize them somehow?

Basically, trading based on our robots is all about users choosing the right strategy for the current market regime. Our platform displays the historical performance of each strategy, and the user is free to select what fits them best at the moment. We will also grant personal settings to customize the strategy according to user preference.

Are you planning to add a support of fiat deposites?

We do not plan to allow Fiat currency deposits in the near future, as this has separate legal requirements in every jurisdiction. We will, however, integrate with partners, who will provide instant exchange of Fiat to BTC.

Do you have any restrictions for participants in terms of their location?

I see. One more question. As I understand the Scalpex was registered in 2019. Why did you wait a year to launch the platform and the tokens?

We do not accept countries under US sanctions. We also do not accept traders from the US.

You are right, we have submitted documents to register our company at the same time when we began the development process (2019), and we have completed software development within one year.

Yes, we plan to list the token on other exchanges on the public sale stage. We have already received several requests from exchanges, asking to list our token.

Could you give some infromation about KYC verification process? In what cases it is required?

Does Scalpex have the right and legal regulation to run bussines?

Could you give more information about the process of the burning of tokens. As I understand for each operation, some percent of tokens will be burned, thus decreasing the supply and increasing the demand. Will that keep your market in an uptrend?

We do not require KYC from the very beginning. We will request KYC for large withdrawal amounts only, as required by regulation. Usually KYC does not require a bank account statement. You will only need a proof of address (utility bill) and a photo of you holding your ID.

We have registered in the BVI. This jurisdiction allows us to operate our cryptocurrency exchange without a license. This is the most tolerant jurisdiction for this type of business at the moment.

Yes, you are right. By burning tokens, we guarantee that they will not be sold on the market, and will not crash the price. In total we will end up burning 50% of token supply.

How does the Scalpex exchange stand out more than projects in the same area?

What are motivations and benefits for investors to hold Scalpex token on a long term?

First of all, we are concentrating on unique automated trading strategies and robots, which are not yet available on the crypto-market. Second of all, we offer unique market conditions — low comissions and tight spreads. We are able to offer this, as we are actively trading on other exchanges, and picking the top liquidity available. Last but not least, we develop modern contract types, such as betting on volativilty and other types of contracts with a non-linear payout.

We began our crypto-business in 2017 as a prop-shop. We have done successful market making on many exchanges, and this remains our core business.

Who are the target audience for your project? And what about your business partners, you you have one?

We have finalized our agreements with two top market makers, who provide us with liquidity, and we are actively in contact with other market participants.
