Analytical and speculative articles like these are very helpful because there are people who have profound knowledge and are very enthusiastic about sharing. I have learned quite a lot in articles like this and I have made a lot of profits speculating on a very good analyst about Waves 3 weeks ago. To make money by trading, we should also go to these topics to learn. As you said,,, this is the unofficial list so nobody even really gets an "official" value from there, not that there is value in speculation that is not only for entertainment;)
