I think chipmixer has most fake scam websites from all bitcoin mixers I ever saw. It is best if someone can create one bitcointalk dedicated page for all fake chipmixer scams. I reported this felix benz guy to Twitter, and everyone can do the same for fake website. It's really worrying thing to see so many phishing websites. When will be back at home, I'll try to report these websites to their hosting providers. From my experience, it's best way to take them down. Reporting them to Google udsually doesn't helps.
