By searching google about Zumminer, i didn't find bad reviews about it and there are no updates since it's lunch in 2017. However, from a personal view-point, when i read description of Zumminer that it's a multi-currency wallet where you can store and mine cryptocurrencies, it sounds fishy to me.
Zumminer has already an ANN thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2190262.0) here, but it's useless to advice you post about your issue there as there are already posts that didn't been answered yet in the last page. Zumminer official profile (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1159757) didn't post since more than two years (recently woke up after a long period of inactivity) and i doubt he will answer you, but you can try pm him.
There is already an insolved issue (similar to yours) posted two years ago: Problems with ZUMMINER (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3048085.0)

They are pure ponzi website disguised as a wallet.
- multi-currency crypto-wallet;
- Cloud Mining for the most popular coins directly from the wallet;
- the possibility of investment with fixed earnings up to 10% per month.
They offer cloud mining with a fixed earnings of 10% per month. So its normal for them to out of business now and take all the funds of their users on their so-called wallet. I feel sorry for you and to others regardless the amount had on their account.

I'm sorry but I have to generalize a bit and consider cloud mining itself as a futile effort to make money. Even the most trusted cloud mining providers such as Genesis and HashFlare are pestered with bad reviews relating to profitability. And since Zumminer is pretty much unheard of and therefore less trusted than these companies, it must be worse. Having said this, I am inclined to the thought that Zumminer is indeed a scam.

It makes me wonder how you come up with the decision to invest in it. Did you even make at least a quick research on cloud mining and which provider is the best?

Was Zumminer a scam?
Very likely yes. In future if you are willing to spend your money in mining, get your own mining rig even if that seems non-feasible, or best thing is to just buy and hold BTC for long term for a nice gain. These mining contract selling sites and so on that promise gains are nothing but ponzis.

Of course you cant, because the owners have run away and are possibly running another few scams. Rinse and repeat, that is how they make money. :P

Its better to write the money off as a loss and continue on.

10% monthly return is big enough for normal investment you should think more before investing your hard earn money to them.  I guess they already close it since they can't sustain to give the 10% monthly return to investors   . I also check many review of that platform and most of them is just a paid advertisement by them so not a legitimate source if you just base on the reviews that's why you invest .

They are also a 3rd party wallet so I am afraid they have many victim aside from investors .

Assuming that the owner isn't going to give back the website users funds, then unfortunately, yes, your funds is gone now.

All you have to do is to serve this is a lesson and don't ever use any cloud mining website for your own good.

Provably yes if they are confirm scam investment then you've been scam already. Just take it as a lesson for now so you will not do the same mistake again in the future. If you found investment like this just stay away and remember the lesson you learn today before trusting any website with your hard work money.

There is already some old thread about this zumminer which a certain user do have problem https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3048085.0
I dont know why there are people do really get lost on using up these shady applications/sites/platforms etc. if there are much better options or
known ones that had been commonly used by people. Also when you do access the site domain then you would be greeted up by Plesk web host edition input.
