‏It is true that I made a mistake in the beginning by creating many accounts and was not familiar with the forum rules. But after seeing a set of rules, ‏I created this account and started working again and made an effort to create constructive posts.

If you have banned due to plagiarism or ban evasion your chance of recovering your account is slim to zero.

How many accounts do you have? Malmoun is one of them, isn't it?

The ban is not directed against the account but against the person in front of the computer. Sorry.

I don't think you have a chance. Once you have been permanently banned the very first time it means you have to simply move on. Any attempt to create a second account without getting your first account unbanned simply means you are evading ban which is another offense

Perhaps it needs revisiting just in case some alts have been missed out

Forum doesn't restrict you from creating multiple accounts but if one of your account got banned then you are not allowed to use any of your account as per the forum rules.

Literally you are not allowed yo create new one,it will be considered as ban evasion and that account also will be banned when you caught.

What's going on here really! Till now, three members from the Arabic board have been banned during the last few days!

OP didn't deny he broke the rules and this is something I appreciate.
Not sute if it mattets anymore but am very active on the Arabic board and must say that Ulven is one of the valuable members on our community and contributed positively there.
In my humble opinion he deserves a second chance and I hope admins will consider his appeal.

You can always appeal by sending a pm to Theymos (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=35) but your chances are slim.

A PM to Theymos? Since when did this change? I thought there was some sort of email one would send there appeal to as per this post (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5089777.0)

I thought so too but after reading through this thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5117400), I change my mind. The guy has so many alts and since a number of them have been banned. It's beginning to bite hard on him... Kind of reminds me of the infamous signature campaign cheating account farm of Polar91 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5238497) which was busted sometime back

Multiple accounts is allowed, the only thing why people are creating a lot of account is because of the campaigns, too sad for them campaigns prohibit alt accounts.

Rules is rules mate. But also try to appeal, mods have heart to consider some of you.

And ban evasion has a zero chances of granting an appeal.

Some people here already suggested an IP ban, but it is too brute.

Sad times. I think it should've just been a signature ban but since the admins made it a permaban I doubt they're going to change it to a lesser type of ban unfortunately.

We all really agreed with the words people learns from mistakes. But we have nothing to do actually. Maybe there were a chance if you were a valuable user(High ranker+High trust score+gave many efforts for this forum) but it also not 100% sure. So it's sure that you will not get back the accounts. Also your this account will be banned if you post anywhere except this appeal thread. So you maybe understand what should you do now.
