any good ptp site with direct pay?

If you want a response or help from community members please me your question clear, otherwise you would get anything.
What do you mean by ptp? Is it Peer to Peer (p2p)? Please be specific because p2p is something broad from marketplaces to exchanges.

Have you observed that you posted the same content before but you never get a response its because people don't understand what you're looking for? I suggest you to update your question/thread for us to answer you.

Lots of meaning of PTP or he might be talking PTC ? @OP you should clarify or else you wont really get the answer you do seek for.

He might be talking about "Paid to Promote" sites. It might be ads or something that you'll need traffic and visitors to earn.

For CPA network try ogads.com they pay more than placing ads or promoting ads from the network listed from the link above but it needs action unlike the above networks.

Most of them are a waste of time and resources. If you have enough experience then I suggest you start using this forum, you will find many easy services that you can get a return from, such as design, programming, and others.
If you do not have enough experience, learn some programming languages or more about Bitcoin investing and other basics.

PTP sites are not profitable for earning but if you are looking for traffic, most definitely cheap traffic then you can use PTP sites.
There are many PTP sites but most of them are either paying very low or they turned into scams. But still there are some good sites like adpays it pays directly to your PayPal account. Another one is adz2you. They both are using same script hence.

I suggest you use traffic2bitcoin.com website. You will get paid to promote a specific URL on this website. I highly recommend it.

It's hard to make money on PTP they only want unique hits and you will not paid for returning visitors and the Cost per thousands is very low, you better of doing paid to click than paid to promote, PTP is good for website owners who wants to increase their traffic rank and besides if you are website operators and you are using PTP to monetize your website people will be annoyed on the pop unders.
