AVAX is still on the early development stage and have not proven itself to compete with ETH. I think it still needs sometime and besides, the competition never stops and if ever AVAX had proven itself, there is no need for a thread like this to inform people about AVAX unseating ETH. The ranking will just tell it all.

AVAX is relatively new project so it is too early to tell what's gonna be their real position in the market. I have trust in avalanche token because they have good developments, partnership and well prepared teams/admins. But conquering ethereum might be an impossible to them since we all know how will Vitalik Buterin do so that ethereum will keep in its position. Ethereum is one of the longest coin existing in the market, its not a question to me why it is coined as king of altcoins.

This gives it all the features for DeFi. But in the wake of the popularity and reliability of Ethereum, it is unlikely that any other coin will be able to create competition. People just stop and don't make any transaction or wait very long to look for cheaper fees. FYI if the latest smartcontract platforms already outperform ethereum but it's not just like that dude. The reputation, and various things will be affecting the decision that will be taken by the developers to pick which is the smartcontract platform that will be very suitable for their tokenization.Avalanche is improving all issues from Ethereum and is easily what ETH 2.0 wants to do in 2 years. Avalanche is an underrated project and I don't know why people of our community do not fancy the project which in my opinion should be a much talked about project here but never is it discussed here. Transaction fees are very very cheap on Avalanche yet people waste tens to hundreds of Dollars for spending on ethereum. Too bad.
