According to Blockchain's explorer, the address you have given us has received today a transaction worth 0.0015 BTC. You can see this transaction here: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/559dd6b57e0cb742aceb771650031b92a75d3b41e0ee5b9c01c9ff8715707979

If you take a look at the outputs (on the left side you see inputs, as in addresses that sent BTC while on the right you see outputs, as in addresses that received BTC), address 19y4mh48pnvJpzCr4ho8DYXkZKCEAU1tAE has received the exact amount of 0.0015 BTC. Moreover, the transaction has already been confirmed 18 times.

Is this the tx you are referring to?

Once a transaction is confirmed, it means it has 100% been received by the other end. You do not receive a "Addrex X has received your BTC" notification of some sort. Confirmation is equal to "the transaction has successfully taken place".

Yes that's it. But does the system say that the payment has not yet received?
Yes that's not my address. It's the receivers address. The transaction # 2 is mine.
For YOUR hash: 559dd6b57e0cb742aceb771650031b92a75d3b41e0ee5b9c01c9ff871570797 (https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transaction/559dd6b57e0cb742aceb771650031b92a75d3b41e0ee5b9c01c9ff8715707979)9
confirmation status is updated to 20. Wait a little more, it will be confirmed later on.
This transaction is not yet fully confirmed.

It seems the receiver is trying to lie with you or using any old version of wallet which can't anymore get updated till date. To prove you have sent the tx, you can sign a message from the sending address. What wallet have you used for sending the tx? If it's not any custodial wallet, you can sign message.
NO. The transaction is not done yet dude. You can check the transaction ID if you have time.

Oh i thought if the confirmation is more than 6 then the transaction is done. Thank you for your answer!

It's not your problem if the balance is not showing on the receivers wallet address as long as the transaction already received 1 confirmation and above which is available on the blockchain. If the receiver is using an exchange wallet, it will require a certain amount of confirmation before it appears on balance but if he is using electrum or other wallet. He needs to update his wallet to the latest version and wait for the node connects.

IMHO, this is not the senders problem tho. Just provide the TXID to the receiver for receipt. Blockchain record can't be tamper.

Oh i thought if the confirmation is more than 6 then the transaction is done. Thank you for your answer!

Only 1 confirmation is required to appear it on the wallet balance if your friend is using a regular wallet like electrum.

It is done if the transaction confirmation is more than 6,  actually it will reflect at 1 confirmation.  Unless you are sending an amount in a site where it requires more than 6 confirmation to be able to complete your transaction.

Here is the possible thing if you are sending your BTC in a site but did not reflect :

1.  The website have a minimum deposit of more than what you send before reflecting on its site.  Depositing less than the minimum will never reflect on your balance.
2.  The site receiver needed more than 10 confirmation before it is credited.
3.  The site receiver takes time to credit your transaction, if so you need to contact them for clarification
3.  The receiver just plan to cheat on you and scam you of your sent BTC.

No confirmation is required to be available in the balance if it's electrum wallet. Only in custodial wallet, the balance doesn't get added to the balance without the minimum confirmation they required.

confirmation status is updated to 20. Wait a little more, it will be confirmed later on.
This transaction is not yet fully confirmed.
The maximum required confirmation is by coinbase I think, they require 3 confirmations only. I see the tx has 22 confirmations already.

It is done if the transaction is more than 6,  actually it will reflect at 1 confirmation.

Where the hell I'm living? Am I in a bitcointalk forum?

Depends on the services(wallets/exchange/etc...) that you have been sending. Some only requires 1 confirmation like those online casinos(some) and for an exchange like coinbase, 3 confirmations are enough.
Multiple confirmations sometimes are required(depends on the service company) because more confirmations, more chance that the transaction will not be reversed.

I don't think there's any service which would require more than 6 confirmations. I have not seen any service requiring more than 6 confirmations within last few years. Even tx worth of a fee thousands USD doesn't need more than 1 confirmation as it is unlikely that anyone can reverse a tx with spending lower fund than the tx amount.

If the address is correct then don't be panic and just wait some time. Btc will be received. Or you need to check the address again. If the address is not correct then btc will refund your wallet but need some days.

Make sure that the transaction has been confirmed, else there isn't a reason that the BTC won't be sent.
Some of the wallets have their own delays but it should hit within 4 hours max

Should hit within 4hours max? Depending on the transaction fee you've put into and depending on the congestion in the mempool. If you got a high fee, then you'll your transaction will be more prioritized. If less, like 1sat/byte, in my personal experience, it took 4 days before completing the confirmation. That was the 2nd time I tried 1sat/byte, the first one only took less than 3 hours.
Transaction confirmation doesn't depend on what wallet you are using.

What are you saying?
We have no such thing as refund when you send bitcoin to a wrong address. Every time you send bitcoin to a wrong address, consider them lost.
Bitcoin is working decentralized and there is no one able to send back your coins.

Yes you are, selective quoting is not healthy you know.  Better include the one I quoted there :P.  And this does not make you look good.  Though I admit it should had been  confirmation there on the 6  ;D

No confirmation is required to be available in the balance if it's electrum wallet. Only in custodial wallet, the balance doesn't get added to the balance without the minimum confirmation they required.

Indeed it will be reflected on electrum but it is not available yet for spending if there is no confirmation.  Aside from that,, I would say don't be complacent if you see a transaction coming in without any confirmation because it can be double spend and be sent to other address.

Electrum allows you to spend unconfirmed outputs.
If you can't spend unconfirmed outputs in Electrum, click on "tools" and then "preferences". After that go to "transactions" tab and uncheck "spend only confirmed coins".

All transactions sent to the address are already confirmed. Can you tell us how much BTC you sent to the address so we can verify?
Knowing if the transactions were successfully sent to the address can be verified through blockchain, that's pretty basic and being a newbie is not an excuse.

Check all transactions here pertaining to the wallet address : https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/19y4mh48pnvJpzCr4ho8DYXkZKCEAU1tAE

Oh ok, thanks for correcting that out for me.  But it I believe it needs for the parent transaction to be confirmed before being confirmed itself, or do they both confirmed at the same time?

Both are possible.

As long as the first transaction is unconfirmed, the second transaction cannot be confirmed. So the second transaction must be confirmed in a same block or next blocks.
If the fee rate paid for the second transaction is much bigger than the fee rate paid for the first one, it would be very likely that both transactions are confirmed in a same block.

If the fee paid for the second transaction is that big, miners pick the first transaction, so they can be able to pick the the second one (in the same block) too. This is called CPFP (Child Pay For Parent).

Cool info, thanks, I have used Electrum but never had a chance to explore its functions since I always use the recommended fees and never dare to tamper it just to be safe.

Any update on the transaction @OP?  I hope all the confusion is cleared on your side and that the receiver had confirmed he received you payment.

Case resolved and op seems not to have enough knowledge about how transactions work within the blockchain.

One last thing i am curious to know, which is somehow off-topic; what kind of wallet op is using to broadcast that transaction!?
If you check the transaction details (https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/65ed946852ca2bb34f6ee93425179bcadecad7d1df115e048a90f32b2fb1ae5b), you can note different address format in inputs; somes are legacy addresses and some others are segwit addresses:
Does there any btc client available for newbies (like op) that gives the ability to broadcast a transaction with different input formats? I am familiar with almost all the known clients [bitcore/electrum/bither/mycelium...] and they allow allow to create a wallet in one address format. And for custodial wallet, most of them don't even support segwit format.
I know that this is technically possible, but i am asking the question here according to the case mentioned by someone who is surely not a professional one .

Electrum does allow you to have wallet including addresses with different formats.

Look at the image below. I am importing a legacy address, a nested segwit address and a native segwit address into a single wallet.
